I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Really good location - the hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good

當時在修路，酒店和攜程沒有提前告知，到達酒店時很不方便。樓下噪音也很大。但是酒店的床和枕頭很舒服，服務也好。酒店內的餐廳也很好。

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

這裏恐怕是我住過的最好的酒店了。房間裏有2張雙人床，淋浴特別棒，景色也特別好。酒店不小心給我安排了一個吸煙房，但幾乎跟無煙房沒什麼差別，衹有一點點異味。從這裏可以看見Caspian和政府大樓。酒店的食物很好吃，員工總是樂於提供幫助。酒店的裝潢標準很高，大堂裝修很有風格，有一個橘紅色的橡膠鴨子。如果來Baku，強烈推薦住這裏。

首先我想提到的是位置非常好,幾乎所有東西都在附近,接待處的Ilkin在我們逗留期間幫助了我們很多,超級友好。他建議我們參觀的好地方,我們也喜歡。早餐很好,沒有那麼多選擇,但早餐的傢伙超級善良和樂於助人,他的名字也是Ilkin。來自鐘樓團隊的Murad非常支持和禮貌,Sadakat的客房部主管與她的團隊幫助我們多次調查。他們的經理非常謙虛和禮貌的人,你可以毫不猶豫地尋求任何幫助,他可以幫助你解決。第一天我們的房間有一些問題,伊金幫助我們在第二天搬到另一個房間。酒店前面有一些建築工程,有時會打擾,不會讓您享受海景。我們從4月30日至5月2日預訂了2天的房間,但在我們入住期間,我們決定延長到5月6日,因爲位置真的很好。酒店團隊應該在他們的美食法庭上工作,使其更好。

酒店鄰近 Khatai Metro station 步行只需約5-10 分鐘. 鄰近地鐵站有超級市場. 職員可用基本英語溝通, 並且十分友善及樂意幫助. 房間舒適整淨光猛, 如需要拖鞋可詢問職員送到房間. 而牙刷及其他用品則需要收費. 每層走廊設有飲水機. 備有冷熱水提供 唯一遇到的問題是房間十分焗熱, 調較空調後也沒有改善. 詢問職員後, 說是中央冷氣的設定,所以不能調較.並建議我們開窗. 但因為我們是兩位女孩,感覺不太安全...

We spent 3 nights in this hotel during our recent visit of Baku and it was a memorable stay. The hotel is very neat and clean, staff is very cooperative, rooms are neat and clean, location is good and highly recommended.
