It was a very welcoming experience, the hotel is beautiful, I was able to enjoy each of its areas and most importantly its service staff, there is an impressive human quality. congratulations. Thank you very much for making me live such a pleasant experience.

This hotel was completely disgusting, full of mould and damp throughout the hotel. The restaurant floor appeared not to have been cleaned for many months as the dirt was really ground in, the nets and curtains were also mouldy and filthy too. We had to change rooms twice due to the fact that my husband was struggling to breath due too the conditions. The gym was completely filthy and the breakfast was the same each day, and they did not have anything Vegan for me either. There was nothing nice about this hotel. The restaurant menu was dreadful, old and uninviting. The staff were slow to respond to any asks. The bath had obvious cracks in it, however they had just been painted over. This hotel needs a lot of money spent on it to firstly address the mould and damp issues. The replies to the reviews from the hotel stated that they were in the process of completing some maintenance work, almost 2 years ago, however this place has not been touched in any aspect for many, many years! AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO POTENTIALLY BECOME ILL!! This hotel is down as a 3/4 star, but 1.5 at the very best. I have always been fair around my reviews, so for me to write this, it was absolutely dire 😔

My staying at the hotel was great , great customer service , great breakfast, employees at the front desk are helpful , the internet was good. My room was excellent, clean sheets daily , bathroom is super clean. And the location is superb you are close to almost anything in the north . The restaurant is good .

Absolutely nicest place to stay in Barranquilla. Loved the friendly staff and Colombian breakfast. Good hotel for the price. Got a nice upgrade, never had a problem. People are friendly ,rooms are big and clean. Really nothing to complain about. Taxi driver wouldn’t find it…duhhh

這個酒店位置不錯，門口就是Extro大超市，很方便！房間很大但設施有點老舊，特別是廁所馬桶蓋翻上去就被洗手台擋住馬上掉下來！我住的是套間，空調聲音太大了，打開窗戶又不舒服（巴蘭基亞靠河又靠近加勒比海，外麪空氣太潮濕了）所以勉強接受了，順便吐槽一下，巴蘭基亞的機場好小啊，到達處機場廁所衹有單間的鎖門的那種，太神奇了！

This is the best hotel in Colombia, people friendly,nice food everything was clean, the bed the bathroom. One of the most important detail forme are the pillows, and the have the best pillows. Colombian food was delicious. Thank you to every person who made possible a happy stay for me and my family.

嗨!首先旅行顧問是讓酒店客人來評論酒店。當晚我入住這家酒店。我對酒店設施和酒店服務的經驗超出預期。作爲巴蘭基利亞的公民,你也知道,狂歡節是全國範圍內和全世界都認可的節日,因此,在這一天,整個城市都會有很響的音樂,直到深夜。據我所知,卡拉那瓦是巴蘭基拉的驕傲。順便說一下,那天晚上你聽到的不是槍聲,而是煙火。我只是想說清楚,這樣人們就不會根據你的評論來判斷酒店或城市。

Employees very friendly, breakfast buffet it’s the best in town, nice swimming pools, bartenders súper friendly especially Fernando and Donaldo and the front desk staff are amazing. Rooms clean and modern, overall very good experience

酒店比較老了。如圖房間的沖涼房是開放的，沒有門導致濕氣太重。整個房間衝刺着潮濕的味道，長久下來比較難聞。真的不要看所謂的攜程，booking星級標準。很多標的酒店五星就是坑！！！！評分也是坑！！！ 選酒店還是要選比較新的，以及大品牌連鎖酒店，至少不會差到哪去。 隔壁的hotel barranqilla plaza,更是糟糕，連普通幾十塊錢賓館都不如。booking居然都評級五星，評分8.4-9.1！！！ 超級無敵坑！！ 因為出差帶了產品不方便走遠，在barranqilla plaza住了一晚搬到隔壁的這個酒店，稍好點但真的好不到哪去！！體驗最糟糕的一次出差住宿。 請選擇新的酒店，新的！！

Let me first start and saying that the the front desk Juan was the only one in the hotel that speaks English, and he tries to help out , now for the poor management, the chief has no idea how to run a busy hotel , he ran out of yogurt, he ran out of butter , bread , and no tablespoons , had to buy a spoon , the breakfast crew never have coffee , now for the rest t when we first came to the hotel the pool was milky I complained then they closed the pool to clean it , day 3 we get to the pool it’s it full of algae the whole pool was green , day 4 cleans pool closed pool , day 5 the pool is clean for 4 or 5 days t day 6 tell the end of our stay the pool is milky again , or green , the hotel itself is dirty , I gave a 3 out 5 the room are comfortable and clean , and the air conditioning worked , thus properly need a new manger
