酒店位置完美,離火車站步行10分鐘就到了,地鐵站步行3-minutes,酒店雖小,但很乾淨,很新(2017年,如果我沒有弄錯的話)。我房間的窗戶面向內部院子,所以晚上你會安靜地睡覺。早上供應謙虛但體面的早餐(圓雞蛋,果醬,奶酪,穀物,新鮮水果/漿果,麪包和新鮮麪包店,茶/咖啡)。一個顯著的特點是一樓免費提供24-hour茶/咖啡服務 - 真的很感激。如果你是亞洲美食的粉絲,你會發現周圍有很多中餐館。互聯網運行得很好(觀看YouTube視頻沒問題);它可能會斷開一兩次,但它不會打擾任何東西只是重新連接,然後大聲說。工作人員非常親切,非常友好,他們至少會說英語,西班牙語,烏克蘭語和俄語。總的來說,如果您不想支付大型酒店的費用,強烈推薦一次旅行或一對夫婦訪問。

酒店外觀高大上，緊挨着一家打商場，購物吃飯都極其方便。近在眼前的是瓦倫西亞的科技新城。早餐都是西式的，麪包，水果酸奶、還有西班牙的各式火腿，不過火腿基本是生的，吃不慣。房間面積較大，衞生好，設施也比較高級，是很理想的住宿賓館。

酒店離機場比較遠，打車25歐元左右。附近是著名的科學城，走路5分鐘可達。酒店附近有免費停車場，也可以停在酒店地下停車場（説是一天15歐最後也沒收我錢）。酒店不太好找門臉不大，門口有個酒吧。自助早餐不錯，有著名的西班牙火腿。還可以現點餐食。房間面積不小，廚房用品齊全可以自己做飯。非常安靜，附近治安也不錯。早晨可以在酒店附近跑跑步。附近有大型超市和小雜貨店。買東西也算挺方便的，去老城區和海邊交通也很方便。唯一不好就是地下車庫非常狹窄，停車比較考驗技術。

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.

酒店很乾淨，服務也很友好，但我們在酒店已經同意把車停在停車場過夜，而當我們凌晨到達時，卻發生了意外！沒有停車位，也沒人告訴我們不能預訂，而且他們也無能為力。  我們必須在凌晨 1 點找個地方停車。 另外，清潔女工早上 9 點左右敲門，所以她叫醒了我。

Location: 10/5 just next to the train station and very close to most of the attraction area around 25 - 30 mins. And 1 hour to the airport. Safety: 3/5 be aware that there is no separate locker in the bedroom however there is a locker room where you can store your big luggage but there is no way to prove the owner as everyone just get the key enter the room and take whatever they want. There is no staff monitor the luggage storage so I end up kept my luggage inside my bedroom and I experienced one of the lady in my room approached my luggage twice but she ran away when she found that I catch her hence I need to keep my luggage on my bed on chained it. Amenities: 1/5 no towel, no soap Facilities: 3/5 to shared for 20 peoples you have 2 toilet and 2 shower room however the cooking area and social area is nice. Recommend for those who spend less time in accommodation and carry less stuff or non-valuable item. Be caution if you stay in 10 bunk beds room you may face a difficulty in sleeping as at the night many people keep getting in and out and make a noise even there is a rule to reduce the noise after 10 but obviously not all traveller following that.
