提供早餐的亞喀巴酒店

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

5/5服務!員工優秀,在亞喀巴住得很棒 在我逗留期間,一切都很棒。 由於我最初的房間還沒有準備好,所以在辦理入住時,團隊免費升級了一間帶陽台的豪華客房。 前台接待團隊太貼心了,客房服務人員都是頂層的,我當時天氣不好喉嚨疼,他們貼心地把熱的甘菊檸檬茶和蜂蜜,多餘的瓶裝水直接送到我的房間。這種護理水平是罕見的! 唯一的缺點是淋浴頭無法正常工作(只有較低的浴缸噴嘴工作,所以洗頭髮需要一些體操!),但房間裏的其他一切都舒適乾淨。強烈推薦獨自無與倫比的熱情好客!

酒店很棒,位置離市場近,海邊房間服務,雜亂的員工服務,設施衛生,非常棒,早餐非常好,酒店主人跟隨任何觀察,客戶服務態度和調節安全,建議住宿...非常棒的酒店位置是酒店靠近現場房間很乾淨,東西很有用,早餐很美味,酒店老闆非常有用...推薦入住👌

這是我此次約旦之旅住的第二家瑞享，整體都沒有死海那家好，尤其是服務。我在預訂時明確寫了此行是我們的紀念日旅行，酒店並沒有做任何佈置，前台也沒有跟我們表達祝福，不但不熱情，甚至第一晚還因為當天到的旅遊團把房間佔滿了，把我原本訂的大床房換成了雙床，這跟死海瑞享酒店的服務簡直天差地別。不會推薦身邊的朋友來這家，讓我很失望！

一切都很好,但沒有提供要求的問題面臨着,比如早上我和接待員聯繫,要求房間清理和換鞋子(已經打掃了,但鞋子卻沒有提供 ) 。 晚上,我要求提供鞋子和員工的答覆,我沒有提供

我們在亞喀巴的Alena酒店度過了美好的時光。從我們到達的那一刻起,工作人員就非常友善和樂於助人。他們允許我們提前入住,甚至把我們升級爲更寬敞的房間,這是一個可愛的驚喜! 酒店的位置非常完美 - 一切都在步行距離之內,包括餐館,商店和城市的主要景點。清潔,舒適和卓越的服務使我們的住宿真正愉快。我們強烈推薦這家酒店,下次來亞喀巴一定會再次入住這裏!

飯店乾淨舒適，早餐也不錯。生活機能佳，附近步行有小商圈可以採買、吃飯。推薦可以去附近的ABC 銀行的atm取款，手續費僅需5JD，取款上限可達1000JD(步行1分鐘）

一切都很好,還可以,除了晚上10:00左右到達酒店時沒有屍體在那裏,我不得不去藥房隔壁問前台是否開放,或者是否必須打電話叫人入住,藥房員工在15分鐘後不得不進入酒店辦公室找人

酒店步行可從海灘上到處都是。附近有大停車場,下邊有櫃檯,店鋪很多。牀乾淨,雖然有小斑點。入口時的牆壁髒。早餐不多樣,上樓有美麗的海景,住了兩晚,每天打掃,但我們拒絕了,只拿了水。清真寺附近,早上會聽到,要是有敏感的睡眠,要記住。偶然打碎了杯子,並說了,沒有罰款。

酒店位置很好，在市中心商圈，但是有些客房緊靠馬路，隔音效果不太好。晚上睡覺質量比較差，酒店熱水不太熱，而且。早餐太簡單，基本上沒什麼好吃的東西。
