We had a great ten night stay here and would throughly recommend. We didn't drive and found Lyft and Uber cheap enough $6-9 to the parks depending on the time. More expensive on the way back due to travelling at peak time. There is the 350 lynx bus which can get you to Disney springs or further afield as well as the trolley bus which is run by Mears. The morning breakfast, we found, was plentiful. Offering three different types of cereal, bagels, bread to toast, small cakes and pastries, apples, bananas, a hot option normally of three which included either sausage, sausage patty, bacon then one of the following options - omelettes, fried egg, small potato. In a separate area there was hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit cocktail, raisins, muesli. Waffles were avaibke that you made for yourself and fruit juice, tea and coffee. Breakfast gets busy from 8am onwards. The managers socials were good and more than a snack. We had hotdogs one night with nachos, cheese sauce and salad. Another night there was meatballs soft tacos, salad etc. after eating them we didn't want anything else. It was really too. The hours were 5.30-7.30. The rooms were really clean and gave us the additional space we needed. No over but a hob and microwave which did us just fine. Large fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee maker and a toaster. Shower over the bath and a tv in each room. We were there for hurricane Milton and the staff were brilliant. They stayed over and made sure we had everything we need as well as offering reassurance. This was very much appreciated as it couldn't have been easy for them leaving their homes and loved ones. We used the 7eleven just across from the hotel. Literally two mins walk. That was cheap enough 2 bottles of wine for $10 packs of beer, crisps etc all decent prices. They also cooked pizza. Bonefish Grill was lovely we went a few times and would recommend their bang bang shrimp. Again walking distance from the hotel. It's not far past the 7elven. There is also a well stocked Pharmacy. We would definitely book to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff!

Overall, the stay was good. We would definitely stay here again. We tend to choose The parks weren't very far. There was a handful of dining places nearby and we even got some food delivered from Domino's. Pros: - Very spacious suite - Checkout was at 11 a.m. - Breakfast was until 10 a.m. on weekends - Pool was nice and had a very shallow/walk-in area (heater was broken due to the recent hurricanes) - Shower temperature got hot and stayed hot. - Showers had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. - Along with bar soap, make-up wipes were also in the bathroom. - The main room and the bedroom in the suite each had their own thermostats, which was great for our family. - Windows had room darkening shades, not just curtains. - Plenty of outlets around the room for device charging, nightlights, noise machines, etc. - Kitchen had a good handful of supplies (forks, spoons, butter knives, chef's knife, glass cutting board, toaster, pots and pans, large stirring spoon, containers to store food, plates, glasses, mugs, hand towels, paper towels, microwave, dishwasher with dish soap, dish soap and sponge for hand washing, sink with disposal, coffee maker (not K-Cup), coffee, tea, disposable coffee cups, creamer, and sugar/sugar substitutes.) - Room had a small table with three chairs - There was a large shelf that was perfect for storing all of the snacks and food we brought. - Could call down for a hot plate/skillet (we did, and it worked very well). - Grills outside by the pool area (we didn't use these, but it was a nice option) - Fresh apples, coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby - Staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Cons: - Down pillows were way too soft and uncomfortable - Blanks were extremely thin (we ended up calling down for two more) - Shower head had barely any pressure - The sliding doors were extremely heavy and would slam shut constantly. Some even on their own if you didn't push it all the way back into the wall. Thankfully, no fingers were squished, but it was a constant worry. - Breakfast ended at 9 a.m. on weekdays - Breakfast wasn't very good (dry muffins, not many hot selections) - Stopped handing out silverware, cups, bowls, plates as they started to close down breakfast. I understand the need to do so, but it was still frustrating when there were no cups or bowls to use with 20 minutes left of breakfast. - Digital room key had to be reset immediately - Shuttle to Disney Parks left at 8:30 a.m. and came back at 5:30 p.m. Suggestions - Providing an ice container for the freezer would be nice. Once we got ice from the vending machine, we had no real way to put it in the freezer. Yes, there was an ice bucket, which worked to get ice, but a bin for the freezer would have been ideal. I know this is very particular, so it's just a suggestion. - Adding trays at breakfast would have been helpful. We were walking around with three little girls trying to grab food and drinks and a table. Plus,
