The front desk staff was quite courteous and helpful. Room was well done-up and provided with all amenities including toiletries and even an electric iron, tea kettle and 2 bottles of mineral water. Staff was well behaved and polite. Even during our complimentary breakfast, restaurant staff was quite caring and whatever we asked for, they served us. The quality of food was good. Overall, our impression was good about the property.

Wonderful stay over here at Fairfield by Marriott Dehradun. It was a short trip but we enjoyed a lot. Rooms were good and cozy . The stay was wonderful. Location wise and price wise the hotel was totally worth it. Food was good although they have very basic items in complimentary breakfast. All items like sandwiches and maggi are not. It ranges from bread omlette to poha and puri. It could be improved secondly, if they had a person to help us with the luggage which checking in and out, it would have been wonderful. And lastly the washroom shower area cleaning was not upto the mark. Cleaning everywhere else was perfect. Just the shower area was not cleaned properly. Everything else was perfect. Room had wonderful view. Cooking was great. Service was very cordial and friendly. I would love to visit again.

BbackyardexplauraHolywater is just up the road from the Ganga Kinare Hotel with which it is affiliated. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights here: balcony room, Aircon, nice bathroom with amenities, comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurant serves exquisite meals, served by very capable waiters. We utilised the facilities offered by the Ganga Kinare Hotel also, including an intimate evening aarti. Friendly front of house staff and attentive housekeeping staff also. Many thanks to all.

訪訪客one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

訪訪客We called twice to see if the restaurant was open for dinner, no reply. We turned up, ordered from an external menu and were told the wait was 20 minutes. We waited 2 hours. Everytime we asked for an ETA we were told 5 minutes. The rooms had no instruction booklets so our group of 6 families had no idea they had to turn the water switch on for hot water. It was so loud and there is no soundproofing. I asked at check in for breakfast the following day at 7.30am. It was not ready. I went to reception and they advised it would be. I went back up at 7.40 and was told to wait 10 more minutes. They say they can speak English but this is not true. Thankfully my aunty spoke Hindi otherwise there was no way to communicate with the receptionist. I would not come back at all nor would I recommend this place.

We were suppose to visit mussoorie and stayed overnight at LEMARQ DEHRADUN, The hotel is very nicely made with modern European architecture. Everything from checkin to checkout was perfect. Excellent hospitality, amazing food, mindblowing service. The breakfast spread was really nice. One of the finest properties in NORTH INDIA . Highly Recommended.
