Avoid the Landmark Summit Hotel. The front desk staff were unfriendly and made us feel like we were begging instead of being treated with respect. They seemed to forget that we came to spend our money and deserved better service. Very disappointing, and the room was not clean the pillows were dirty.

這是我住過的最髒的酒店之一。接待人員非常不專業，語氣粗魯，好像我們是免費住的。沒有笑容，面無表情，行為粗魯，他們對待我們就像對待僕人一樣。房間清潔非常差，家具破損，房間發臭，床單發臭，我們在床上發現長頭髮，廁所真的很髒，看起來他們從來沒有想過維護和衛生，廁所、浴缸、淋浴間、馬桶淋浴間、水槽到處都是黑色黴菌，淋浴手柄壞了，整個廁所都充滿了黴菌，而且很厚，清潔工也沒有盡了最大努力也沒有盡了最大努力。地毯又濕又髒，我們不得不一直穿著襪子在上面行走，因為沒有提供枕木。我們在那個房間裡無法安睡，整個旅館、電梯、大廳等等都有一股難聞的氣味。由於氣味和佈滿灰塵的家具和地毯，我們的喉嚨都嚴重感染。根本沒有通風設備 請大家在浪費錢前三思，不建議任何人入住這家飯店，尤其是有小孩的家庭。我們住在那個完全沒有新鮮空氣的房間裡，差點兒得了氣喘。空調甚至都壞了。 這家旅館應該只有兩顆星，我不懂這家旅館怎麼會是四星，真是個謎。 非常糟糕的飯店，以後再也不來了👎

浴室的體驗很不愉快，屋頂漏水，工作人員態度很粗魯，每次上門都要收 150 迪拉姆，儘管我預訂了 2 人，而且還有臭蟲，應該避免住這家酒店 😡

從哪裡說起呢？ 房間裡有蟑螂。我跟飯店說我想換房間，不想用驅魔物，因為我生病了。第二天早上，他們就把我換到了一個噴了化學藥劑的房間！簡直不尊重我的健康。我不得不聯絡Trip旅行社讓他們幫我換房間，結果整個上午都浪費在這上面了。新房間裡的冰箱壞了，弄壞了我在巴林買的價值100歐元的商品。他們沒有賠償我。他們按了三次門鈴，還用超大音量敲門，把我吵醒了。最後，他們打電話讓我換車位，儘管我的車停在他們的停車場（停車場很小）。但他們想把車位留給其他客人或其他任何人。 他們的浴室很舊！而且他們的服務也差強人意。他們說可以，但根本不在乎你。早餐也別想吃了。

這是這個價位最差的飯店。在韓國，你可以把它想像成鄉村旅館。服務很差，工作人員態度不像飯店。這些設施看起來已經有20年沒有被動過了。我永遠不會再去了。
