1.位置算是箱根最裡面了,且近期登山電車停駛,冬季四點十五分以後前往桃源台的纜車也停駛,基本上只能直接從箱根湯本直接搭乘TAXI前往,車費約6200日圓 2.酒店本身的接待跟服務讓人印象深刻,甚至有專門服務台灣跟中國客人的女將,房間跟酒店環境都讓人印象深刻,古風中帶有濃厚的藝術風格,很讓人驚艷 3.請服務員介紹了酒店,得知這個酒店集團的前身是以法式餐飲為主,近幾年才涉入酒店經營,但酒店的條件確實讓人印象深刻,極為值得推薦 4.不知道是否是因為晚上跟早晨的關係,晚上沒景觀.早晨也因為大霧沒能看到期望中的富士山景色,不如直接在房間泡湯. 5.超級強烈推薦的,則是這個酒店的用餐,無論晚餐還是早餐皆讓人印象深刻,同一周我才在東京六本木用過米其林一星的法料,但跟女友都覺得此餐廳的料理完勝東京一星水平,價格也十分讓人滿意,真不虧是以法料起家的餐廳,(台灣.中國.英國.美國.法國.日本.越南都曾經走訪不少法國餐廳),但此家酒店的餐飲水平絕對值得大讚跟期待,如再有前往箱根,我一定還會留一晚入住此酒店

箱根這個地方，人都逐漸去東京發展了，晚上經營的飯館不多，景點也分散，特種兵也不符合來箱根的初衷。因此個人感覺，酒店比的正是“一泊二食”的享受。 食：早餐在旅遊/商務五星酒店水準之上，海鮮刺身飯無限供應，炸豬排的肉質特選雙層五花肉，🦀️腿無限炫，起泡香檳🍾️隨便喝，晚餐衹能説看出來努力了。 泊：房間帶泡池，公共浴池5:00-23:00，男女分層，每天switch，户外泡池精巧。被子很軟，和服👘式樣屬於好看的人穿就好看，不好看也不能怪衣服。 服務：態度真誠，接待滿客的運轉能力有待提升，但沒遇到冷漠的情況。 位置：M/S/J線停靠點“天悠”站，下車就是酒店。但建議拖家帶口的至少包車進出箱根。山裡不能打車，巴士在路線和準時方面運營能力不足，需要信念感。 其他：樓下有bar，大堂有古典樂表演，今年是七週年，還可以免費去隔壁箱根小湧園酒店泡。

這是一棟新裝修的漂亮建築，享有美麗的花園景觀……但就價格而言，服務有所欠缺。透過機器排隊辦理登機手續是一個失誤，作為素食主義者，我在昂貴的自助餐上掙扎。當我要求時沒有提供任何幫助，也沒有回覆管理層的回饋。下次我會住在其他地方，只需付費使用他們的泳池區，這對我們 3 歲的孩子來說當然很有趣。

泉質和菜餚很棒。菜太多了,少了一品好嗎?熱水不穩定,不穩定,不穩定。寄木露天浴池各有兩個浴缸,一邊看着山肌一邊慢慢放入,這也有溼熱的時候,不穩定。總體來說,顧客眼中的聲音明顯不足。日本的老員工比外國員工更老,他們完全沒有想象過顧客們會怎麼度過。例如,一般情況下,在預訂時至少在入住時預訂的指南和如果是可選的其他費用的情況經常被確認,但是沒有指南,我們不同意使用這個時間,因爲這是我們提出的問題。工作人員想休息晚了嗎(^^;;?使用時請給房間打電話,我們會引導您,更衣室已經冷了,在這裏客人也要脫衣服洗澡了我發現我無法想象溫度會有多大。只需向您介紹位置。您還可以從車站出發,來接您,但您可以回家嗎?您是否想買?一言不發,除了飯菜和熱水以外,沒有多少治癒的感覺,而且由於年末和GoTo,定價爲8萬日元,即使減30%,價格也與其他店相比,留下了疑問。菜是用整齊的材料做的,泉水質量也不錯,所以不浪費。因爲比較舊,沒有電梯和以前的樓梯,所以移動有點麻煩。

服務：有兩名中國店員會說中文，服務態度很好，有接送服務，但是需要提前預定，接送範圍衹有到蘆之湖和車站。 環境：環境非常好，日式房可以直接看到蘆之湖，但是上山的路是真的很難，公交的話間隔半小時，而且如果自己走上去需要看路牌，公交站到酒店那段路是沒有信號的，無法用導航，比較適合喜歡登山或者冒險的吧，因為真的很高，恐高的不建議自己走。 衛生：客廳和住房打掃的都很乾凈，有被套的但是需要注意的事需要自己鋪，不使用被套的話可能會被收取額外費用，但是畢竟是在山上所以會有一些蟲子，比如小蜘蛛。 設施：溫泉的話男女分開的，有兩個池子，室內室外都有，沒什麼區別，就是室外的話晚上會有被燈光吸引的蟲子。房間內是沒有洗浴的，是和溫泉在一起的，以及進口處的玄關是需要拖鞋進入的（特指日式房)，旁邊有飲料機。

We stayed in this hotel for one night. It’s an older property, so the decor is dated. However, everything was clean and in working condition. The women at the front desk is very nice and helpful and drove us to the Souzan station twice. It’s very close, but the walk is uphill from the hotel. The included dinner was excellent. Japanese breakfast was interesting to try but we are not used to it. The onsen is small but it was nice to have it empty (only 10 rooms in the hotel). The rooms are very spacious and the yukata was beautiful. Overall it was a good value (we paid $300 for 4).

服務太好了，有一個阿姨會一直專門服務，而且全部是跪式的。進入酒店時不用在前台辦理，坐在休息區，都是工作人員專門辦理。阿姨泡的玫瑰茶太香了，是我喝過最好喝的。阿姨也很耐心，我的英語很差，交流時阿姨會說好多遍，或者做手勢讓我理解。酒店晚餐和早餐非常精緻。房間設施也好，非常滿意。 建議大家到強羅車站讓酒店派車接，因為去酒店的路是大上坡，千萬別自己走，打車過去也行。我看着距離近，走上去的，也不好找，幸虧沒行李，走崩潰

irst of all, the hotel is not situated in one of the mainstream locations near Yumoto or Gora. The nearest public transport station is in Ubako or Palace hotel Mae and these would need a pickup from the hotel especially if you have never been there before. Don't expect there will be any convenience stores or any other shops nearby, but you shouldn't need to leave the hotel as it comes with all the drinks, food and services that you will ever need. The hotel is very modern and well furbished. There are not many rooms so at any one time you won't feel crowded at all. There is a common room/bar/lobby where they would serve the welcome drink and do the check-in. Once that is done, the staff would take you to the room and explain to you about the room and how the onsen will work. The beauty of the Private onsen, besides being completely private you could also ”tune” the water temperature. Like a bath, you could add cold water to make it colder, which is not possible in a public onsen. We picked the western room with Mt. Fuji view. At first we could not see the mountain as it was covered behind the clouds. However, on the next day, as soon as we woke up we saw the beautiful Fujisan capped with snow. Taking the onsen with the Mount Fuji as a backdrop was definitely an experience (and the onsen was in a semi-opened area so you could feel the fresh air while taking the onsen) Dining (Both dinner and breakfast) was done at the restaurant instead of at your room. I think that's fine as you get your own ”room”or partition inside the restaurant so you will have complete privacy over the course of your meal. Like all onsen hotels, dinner was a multi-course meal, each used the seasonal ingredients and fully explained in English. (The staff there spoke perfect English and there was no issue in communication.) Other reviewers commented the food was a bit bland but I thought it was fresh and tasty. They even gave you some rice roll for snacks at night if you ever got hungry. Breakfast was also plenty and tasty. The room price is definitely not on the cheap side, but for the spacious room you get, the private onsen and the Mt. Fuji view plus the sumptuous food and the hospitality you get i think it is value for money.

Great potential. Fifteen to twenty years ago this would have been a great hotel. However now the rooms and common areas are very tired. This is even more important because this is such a weather dependent hotel. On a clear day with great visibilty and views of Mount Fuji you would overlook the imperfections. But on a dull and rainy day, which often happens here, you would be stuck in your room. These rooms are very small. The bathroom is quite simply depressing and may have looked good in 1970. Fortunately Japanese people are very quiet but the bedroom doors and plumbing are not. The beds are not very comfortable impacting on sleep quality, pillows are small and hard. So if the first person on your corridor is up at six o'clock we are all awake. There is no bar as such, we asked at reception where we could get some ice, to be told you have to buy if from the shop which was often closed. The redeeming factor was the food. The 'restaurant' was more like a works canteen but the staff there were lovely. The food selection was vast and we particularly liked the individual burners for Shabu Shabu. Great variety of Sushi, Tempura and quality meat and fish. The Onson is nice and cosy and if the weather is kind you can see Fuji. With a refurb this hotel could be substantially better.

在最終的源泉宿73書中,是進入前10名的溫泉宿,屬於高級部類,不過,爲了在GoTo便宜地能住宿而奮發住宿。我想烏里是一間分別分配了１個房間的露天浴池。因爲8個房間可以接受8組的客人,露天浴池也是8個,但是1樓6個,3樓2個。三樓好像比較寬敞,視野也不錯,我們運氣很好,在這三樓的露天浴池,還泡了巖盤浴。但是因爲冬天,外面氣溫很低,晚上洗澡很冷。喝酒後很危險...雖然有些客人對飲食評價不高,但是體積不大,卻又細膩又精緻,是日本酒派的我最喜歡的料理。導遊確實是外國的,有時候有點不明白說什麼,但是很喜歡的接待客人。溫泉確實是很好的熱水,但是我以爲是把源泉再奢侈地掛在上面,所以那裏有點期待。總體來說,cospa感覺有點差,但是如果不考慮價格,肯定是非常好的客棧。周圍沒有什麼安靜,所以我覺得是成人溫泉旅館,一邊享受熱水和吃飯一邊放鬆。

我找了一間帶露天浴池的房間,找到了這裏。房間露天浴池是薄茶褐色的,是最好的!溫度也適溫,我進了好幾次。大浴場和露天浴場都是木々,景色(但是前面是道路)內湯也很好,客房露天浴場和大浴場都泡溫泉很不錯。房間很大,電視很大,吹風機也很好,但是完全沒有視野的房間,看不到外面的天氣的房間(從浴室的小窗戶可以看到外面的程度)至少在預訂網站上也沒有“視野”如果有的話,那就好了......其他房間好像也有窗戶,但是如果預訂的話,可能會確認酒店。廁所,房間浴缸是單元浴缸...廁所很小很小,對於男性來說很難使用。有很多關於清潔的書寫,但是被打掃乾淨。晚餐是自助餐,但......商務酒店的自助餐程度。晚餐是自助餐的8個小菜?小菜?意大利麪和沙拉。還有固定的咖喱。飲料是飲料機和隨便喝的,可以自制生啤酒服務器和酸奶、高球等。葡萄酒的工作人員會很快提供。晚上,早餐沒有當地的東西,所以最好不要期望質量和數量。工作人員也是海外的,但是大家笑着努力地應對真是太好了。地理位置優越,大涌谷、蘆之湖、桃源台、箱根園、箱根神社也非常方便觀光。對於想在房間輕鬆多次泡溫泉的人來說,這可能是推薦的住宿。

冒險選了個新開的酒店🏨確給了我一個意外的驚喜，酒店是由一對夫妻開的，他們人非常好👍服務態度熱情周到，酒店地處強羅早雲山附近，不論幾點衹要到強羅站后，老闆就會車接車送，酒店歐式風格裝修環境整潔乾淨，精美的日式早餐味道不錯👍

The owner is totally unprofessional. On the arrival night, we came in late at night due to flight delays and the owner initially refused to let me and my brother in even though we had paid for our room already. After letting us in, he put us in a room without any beds and left us to sleep on the wooden floor; he called it the Japanese style. He never took the time to explain how we should bed the room or what to do. He just left us there to figure it out. The second night, we asked to change rooms and the owner obliged. The second night was better sleeping wise. During our entire stay, the owner, refused to allow us to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner at his restaurant claiming that there is no food; even though we picked his hotel because of the good reviews on the restaurant. Interestingly, Japanese visitors were allowed to eat there, which looked very weird. Due to the location of the place, there is no easy access to other eating places. On the check out, the owner told us that we have to pay for the late check in, which we obliged and paid the entire bill as he gave it to us. As soon as we left, the owner sent an email accusing us of steeling drinks in the minibar; we drank one can of soda from the minibar, with the idea that’s why there were for and that the owner would add that soda to the final bill, which he did not. Not only did he accuse us but he said that he has sent our passport pictures to the police for theft; all for one can of soda. Who does that!!! We called him to try to make payment but because of his limited English, we could not pay for that soda. So we asked a client of ours who is Japanese to speak to him so that we can pay for that soda and he refused again stating he doesn’t want to deal with this anymore. Initially, we did not want to leave a review because we simply didn’t have any good things to say about the place or it’s hospitality but after experiencing this nonsense, we felt obliged to let other people know about our experience there. Therefore, we strongly recommend not using this place as same thing may happen to other foreigners like us.

箱根位於神奈川縣西南部，距東京90千米，是日本的温泉之鄉、療養勝地。約在40萬年前這裏曾經是一處煙柱衝天，鎔巖四濺的火山口。現在的箱根到處翠峰環拱，溪流潺潺，温泉景色十分秀麗。由於終年遊客來來往往，絡繹不絕，故箱根又享有“國立公園”之稱。另外，它還是日本旅遊勝地。大約40萬年前的火山活動平息之後，使箱根形成有山川、流泉、湖泊等自然景觀。由箱根外輪山的綠草花木環繞的蘆之湖為火山湖，海拔724米，面積為7平方千米，湖最深處達45米，湖岸綫長達20千米。晴天時可看到終年積雪的富士山。最後一個火山口是大涌谷，終日白烟繚繞，常噴出大量帶硫氣體。現設有大涌谷自然科學館，用實物、幻燈、模型等介紹箱根的景觀。境內有從各個角度遊覽箱根的電纜車 、登山電車和空中吊車 。箱根七湯（7個温泉）位於蘆之湖東岸的箱根關所，是面積為198平方米的木建平房，是江戶時代幕府設置的關卡。關所內還陳列著當時行人攜帶的身份證、短槍、長柄大刀等文物1000多件，還有關所檢查人員的塑像，現已列為重點保護文物。

總地來説，箱根的自然景觀四季皆美，各有風貌。而3月-5月的春季和9月-11月的秋季是最適宜出遊的，氣候很舒服。秋季天氣稍微轉寒的時候，不妨到箱根的温泉泡一泡，頓時覺得精神百倍呢。
