Very disappointing for the price. The hotel is in desperate need of updating. Food was mediocre at best, and not even close to worth the inflated prices. The buffet dinner was $36/adult, and easily the poorest we’ve ever been too. Very short staffed everywhere, so basic hotel/resort services are not offered. We were unable to have any housekeeping services, even when requested. Dirty towels and garbage sat around the pool all day. The pools were nice and warm, and the kids loved them. But they were dirty. High chlorine levels, to deal with all the pee I am sure. Very crowded, so much so it was hard to find a small space to enjoy. The resort was packed. The turnover was huge. Lots of families, mixed with loud drunk younger people. Not ideal for either groups. We left wondering why bookings are being filled when there isn’t the staff to offer a proper level of service? Book less, and give your guests the experience they paid for. If you can’t afford to run it as advertised, close it, invest some time and money, and try again. A huge let down for our family getaway. We won’t be back until significant upgrades are done, and they can follow through with the experience promised.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom lake view suite 2 nights 3 days August 2021. The suite was large with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. That is about the best I can say. Check-in was very weird, had to call a number to have someone come to a room on the second floor to check us in. The suite did indeed have a small lake view. The room itself was disgustingly dirty! The carpets were stained beyond repair and very unwelcoming to walk on without slippers or shoes. The walls were all banged and dinged up and in need of a 2 coat paint job! The windows were dirty, the furniture dirty and the vent in the bathroom was so covered in dust I am sure it was not even working! The price was outrageously expensive for a 2 star stay. I hope someone will take this review to heart and get in the game as you have definitely dropped the ball in so many ways. The potential is there now the owners or managers need to step up. Would I stay here again? Maybe if I got to see the changes implemented

酒店位置很好，停車方便，沒有早餐，但是門外飲食店鋪不少。小鎮不大，出行方便，適合自駕旅遊。本來準備多住幾天，無奈天公不作美，衹好下次再來！
