芝加哥有Wi-Fi的酒店

對去芝加哥會議中心參會的人員來説，該酒店的位置及環境（直接連接會議中心）非常適合，離芝加哥華埠也近（走路15分鐘）。酒店提供的早餐也不錯。但我住的房間的淋浴設施的水温調節非常不合理，叫了維修師傅也沒能解決。早上起來參會前不能洗個熱水澡，整天無精打采的，跟前台溝通了也沒得到補償。

酒店位於Loop區，安全係數比較高。 地理位置優越，緊臨芝加哥河，遊船很方便。去各個景點都很方便，無論去華麗一公里還是千禧公園 芝加哥藝術博物館都可步行。 酒店服務尚可，不主動提供洗漱用品，但可要求前台提供。 需要提醒各位：選擇房間的時候，建議選擇不帶早餐的房間。所謂的帶早餐衹是給你一張20美金的券，去一樓的餐廳用餐，但，20美金沒辦法吃到一頓稱心如意的早餐，還需要給小費税費。關鍵是：含早和不含早的差價差不多可以訂一間不帶早餐的房了。酒店給出的解釋是：含早的價格是可以讓客户在入住前幾小時隨時取消預訂，僅僅是給了你取消預訂的權利而已。這是唯一入住不愉快的一點，入住5晚，花了近6000元買了這個早餐。攜程提供的解決方案雖然是杯水車薪，但，出門在外心情好比較重要，也就作罷。希望攜程今後能在產品明細上寫清各條款，也希望評論能幫助大家～

房間超大，兩張大床，空間感足，裝修品質高，交通便利，雲豆、華麗一公里都步行可達，外面餐飲豐富，豐險由人，麥當勞、711等50步之內，非常滿意

總體來說,在這家酒店住的非常好,房間舒適,很喜歡我們樓層的過濾水站,有好幾種選擇,很方便。 客人服務非常好。無論我們什麼時候提出要求,他們都迅速而專業地處理。第一天晚上後,客房服務拿走了我們的毛巾,但沒有更換,所以我們不得不打電話要求更多。幸運的是,在那之後,我們沒有其他毛巾問題。 整體的客房清潔與我習慣的有點不同,他們整理牀鋪,通過倒垃圾處理浴室,撿起髒毛巾,重新填充紙巾,但他們沒有把主房間的垃圾拿出來。因爲我們有很多外賣,垃圾堆積得很快。他們也沒有補充像用過的茶包或玻璃器皿之類的物品,這很有幫助。 我們冰箱也有問題。最初幾天它一直保持溫暖,直到我們意識到它沒有打開。一旦我們弄清楚了,它工作得很好,但如果在我們到達之前檢查過它,那就太好了。 酒店地理位置優美,爲整體體驗增添了光彩。儘管有少數小問題,但工作人員很友好,反應靈敏,積極肯定大於消極。我絕對會再次與他們預訂!

位置很好，附近有CVS和**舅，可步行去華麗一英里及千禧公園。設施有些老舊，特別是地毯顯得很臟。客房打掃每天早8點就來敲門😮💨，然而晚上回到酒店，房間並沒有被打掃。入住時就注意瓶裝水上標註3刀一瓶，會員免費。所以沒喝酒店的水。然而退房後信用卡被扣6刀水費，錢不多，但被噁心到了。還好攜程客服比較給力，交涉酒店同意退，目前還沒到賬。

雖然是老酒店，但保養的好，因為是淡季信價比高，周圍吃飯、逛博物館都很方便，推薦在旁邊瑞吉酒店的日料餐廳，出品很贊，酒店自己的餐廳也不錯，我們在那吃了個Lunch

很不錯的酒店，每天打掃，很乾凈，毛巾潔白，床也舒服，唯獨枕頭不太適應。早餐小貴，有新鮮切的水果，但不太好吃。大廳沒有24小時咖啡，房間裏的咖啡還不錯。

房間超乾淨寬敞。清潔女工人很好。前台的姑娘們超級友好，有些男士就沒那麼友善了。如果你想在房間裡做飯，可以要求提供一些鍋具，但這些鍋具用得太多了，而且有刮痕。他們的免費早餐還不錯。健身房也很棒，有一輛Peloton動感單車。總的來說，我認為這是長期住宿的好選擇。

However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
