The distance to the Metro bus stop is 10 mins. Mosque nearby. I sent an email and WhatsApp message to the hotel, but they do not reply promptly. The breakfast is the same every day. Starts at 7. If you get there for 9, then most things are cold, which is not nice. The hotel is pricy for what it provides. There was some confusion with my booking but the hotel did not handle it well. They made out I was confused. I showed them emails and booking confirmation but they ignored it. It wasn't a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

TV çalışmıyordu. Klima ise otelin belirlediği saatlerde açılıp kapanıyor, odada olduğumu fark edince kapatıyorlardı. Otel genel olarak karanlık, lobi kullanılamaz durumda. Odamdaki klozet sifonu ve duş başlığı bozuktu (1101 numara). Yangın kapısı ve kaçış planı yoktu. Toz alerjim olduğunu özellikle bildirmeme rağmen dikkate alınmadı. İnternette yazan hamam–sauna kapalıydı. Verdiğim paranın kesinlikle karşılığı değil. ETS, please stop recommending this hotel. There was no one at the entrance, the reception was empty, and I had to carry my own luggage to my room. The moment I entered, there was a strong unpleasant smell; the carpet was old, the bed had collapsed, and the topper was too small. The TV didn’t work, and the air conditioning was controlled by the hotel — turning on and off at their chosen hours. The hotel was dark overall, and the lobby couldn’t even be used. In my room (1101), the toilet flush lid and showerhead were broken. There was no fire exit plan or proper fire door. I had informed them about my dust allergy, but it was ignored. The hammam/sauna advertised online was closed. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. Additional Note: After posting this review, the hotel contacted me and told me to delete it within 24 hours or they would send a notarial warning, accusing me of “damaging their reputation.” My review is entirely based on my real experience, with no insults or false claims. Their attempt to pressure me and threaten me legally clearly shows their communication approach.

Bölgenin tartışmasız en iyi oteli. Undisputedly the best hotel in the region. Hygiene, comfort of the rooms, variety and quality of food, attention of the staff, pool/fitness/hammam facilities and spacious atmosphere make it a very suitable hotel for business, vacation and family trips.
