For the price these apartments were very good value. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were adequate. The location was pretty good, with easy connections to the airport. I would definitely recommend to budget travellers.

Mooi appartement, Kostas en zijn ouders zorgen ervoor dat je verblijf zonder zorgen is ze zijn heel vriendelijk en als er vragen zijn wordt alles opzij gezet om je te helpen, niets is ze te veel ze zijn erg gastvrij. Naast he appartementen complex kan je lekker eten Zeker een idee om terug te komen

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia mamma al Sevi Apartments nel periodo 18-25 giugno 2023. Al nostro arrivo siamo subito stati accolte calorosamente da Sevi e i suoi fratelli che si occupano, insieme ai genitori, personalmente della struttura. La posizione è strategica per la vicinanza alle spiagge più belle di Kos e per la scelta di ristoranti, bar, supermarket e car rental a pochi passi dagli appartamenti. Gli appartamenti, piccoli ma funzionali, sono inclusivi di cucina attrezzata, bagno, camera da letto e piccolo patio delizioso per gustare in tranquillità colazione mattutina o cena dopo una lunga giornata fuori casa. La pulizia della camera veniva fatta ogni due giorni con cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola. Piccola pecca nella nostra camera è stato il bagno in quanto era modesto di dimensioni e poco funzionale la doccia (c’è da sottolineare però che nelle altre camere il bagno è stato ristrutturato). Il bar annesso alla struttura offriva possibilità di colazione pranzo e cena a prezzi molto onesti e soprattutto appetitosi! Ringraziamo Sevi, Dimitri e Kostas per la gentilezza e la disponibilità nei nostri confronti! Sicuramente ritorneremo. Greta e Elisabetta

Had a fabulous last minute break here before the season end. Lovely family run business - apartments and bar. We were made to feel so welcome and enjoyed our early evening drinks with Yiannis and his family and staff. Everyone was super friendly and kind. The apartments are recently refurbished and provide everything you need for a short break, including regular laundry changes and room cleaning. Thank you Dimitris, Yiannis and all the crew at Sevi’s for a perfect break away.

Shown to our room and told that there was an electrical fault. We were also informed to keep the doors closed at night due to the mosquitoes (they still got in). The unpacking started the electrician arrived to sort our problem. During the week we had drilling ,banging and water from the above balcony while they were readying the upstairs apartments and cleaning. The local cockerels started crowing at about 04-30 hrs, so no peace. The apartment had a two ring hotplate and kettle only. Limited other equipment. The shower flooded the bathroom and had to be handheld. There was limited privacy as if anyone walked by and looked in the kitchen window they would have been able to see you coming out of the bathroom (not a pretty sight). If you were on the bed people could see you as they walked by also. Very few bars or restaurants open nearby, so you needed to be mobile. We finished up hiring a car because of this. No wi-fi either during our stay.. If we ever go back to Kefalos it would have to be later in the year as things were not open . Would hire a car from the airport for the duration of the holiday and stay elsewhere.

We spent 7 nights in the Sevi apartment. The place is quiet, clean and well equipped! Newly renovated apartment. Excellent value for money. A friendly family takes care of the place and the good atmosphere. Kostas and his siblings and the whole family are very friendly and helpful. They are great and wholehearted people! In their newly built bar, they are ready to serve all day long to provide guests and passers-by with the finest traditional Greek drinks, coffees and snacks. If you are in Kefalos, you should visit them and have a good drink.😉 The place itself is great, because everything is within a 2-5 minutes walk. The beach is about 200m away and, with a slight exaggeration, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Kos can be found here. There is a small supermarket called Jim's on the other side of the road. It is very well equipped, cheap and the owners are very nice. Directly across from it is the Manolis car rental, where you are also welcomed by a very nice family and they will do everything to help you, whatever the request. There are also plenty of well-rated restaurants nearby.

Just back from a week's stay at Sevi, I got a superior apartment and was well impressed. Amazing power shower and high standard of cleaning. I will definitely be going back, such a lovely family who run the apartments. Supermarket just along the road and beach not far also. Excellent !! Thankyou.

We have stayed in kefalos numerous times but this was by far the best apartment we have stayed in. The family who run me apartments are extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the water is always hot. My room was cleaned regularly and newly refurbished. There is a small kitchen area that has a sink a fridge with an icebox and a two ring hotplate. The room has Wi-Fi which is always of bonus. The only extra was the air conditioning. There is a supermarket and car and bike rental opposite and it is a small walk from the beach. There is a restaurant opposite which is British run called tea for two. And is a short stroll to the harbour with numerous restaurants and bars along the route.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Sevi una settimana a cavallo di ferragosto, pulizia impeccabile a giorni alterni, struttura situata nel punto migliore di kos, spiagge spettacolari e tranquille vicinissime , persone estremamente gentili e disponibili ( il sorriso non manca mai), abbiamo viaggiato molto negli anni ma qui è stato come andare a trovare parenti lontani, grazie di tutto ragazzi vi porteremo nel cuore!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Sevi per 2 settimane ( ultima di settembre e prima di ottobre)., Ottima esperienza,proprietari molto gentili e studio molto carino,pulito funzionale e arredamento gradevole.decisamente da ripetere!
