I booked a cheap hotel as I only needed it to sleep and shower in as I was out everyday. You pay for what you get. However the amount of stress caused on check in I was not prepared for. I understand reservations may not appear for many different reasons so I have more patience and understanding than most, however to be told on check in there’s a piece of scrap paper saying I’ve been moved to another hotel 40mins drive away, when I was told their was rooms available, with no proper documentation and I have to pay for the taxi and somehow claim it back from some person tomorrow, then met with a shoulder shrug when I said no just isn’t ok. I spent all evening trying to sort out the check in. Communication failed terribly in this occasion. I was left to sit and basically deal with my reservation myself for 4 1/2 hours talking to the company I booked with, not knowing If I was getting a room here or not and looking for other places to stay. To find out there was a problem with the payment, which if I was told from the beginning it could have been dealt with a lot quicker and reduced the stress of trying to be sent to another hotel, not knowing if they actually had my booking. A lot of reassurance points were missed. Which wasn’t a great start to my holiday. However on another note, This hotel has huge potential and I don’t think the owners realise. It just needs some some TLC, with its location being 5mins from the airport, the beach out side, ***** of restaurants 30 seconds away, volley ball, water sports on the beach out front and 2mins walk from the bus stop to larnaka centre (or 30/40min walk) and only a 5min walk to the salt lake. The actual hotel needs some love and work to it. With the partnership it has with last minute.com and potentially others, it could do really well and stand a very good chance in the market. Just some advice , Get the pool and upstairs bar fixed so it’s suitable for leisure guests when they come next summer. As it stands you wouldn’t be able to relax in the hotel during the day. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, the decorations and branding is simplistic which is nice. The outside of the hotel looks lovely with the huge flamingo. Do up the bedrooms, get the showers fixed, re paint, fix the door handles , make it look fresh like the photos advertised. When you get more guests coming , then focus on re designing the breakfast buffet, so there’s more of a selection. Then focus on customer service and making it feel warm. Let people aware you have made changes and ask the guests to leave reviews, better your chances of new business and more money. As people read reviews before staying. Look at the surrounding market and competition, what are your USP’s ?, where do you stand out?. It’s such a shame to see a hotel with potential go to waste. I hope the owners see this and start to put some love into the hotel.

住在那裏很滿意,關於酒店我一句話也說不出來。非常好的工作人員,不錯的地方,漂亮的游泳池,酒吧茶點價格優惠,外面吃飯的舒適區域。如果像我這樣的人,喜歡貓,那將是他們完美的酒店,因爲附近有當地關心的街頭貓,在綠色的地區,老鼠和蟲子都遠離。

辉煌的酒店。非常独特的装饰（城市涂鸦）与现代美学相结合。漂亮的大房间，漂亮的阳台，距离海滩 10 分钟步行路程。早餐包括在内（热食和冷食，糕点，有时有点冷）很好的工作人员，当我迟到而他即将完成轮班时，甚至让其中一个人给我做披萨。

我們短暫地離開去了塞浦路斯並且在酒店待了4天。這裏的員工是我們評為五星級的原因,他們對我們簡直不能再好了而且他們工作是如此地非常努力,以確保你在這裡會感到很舒服。遊泳池很棒,餐館和食物也非常棒。雖然有一個私人的集會在我們住的一個晚上,雖然這並不影響我們的旅行但是全體員工都非常歉意而且都出去了以確保不影響我們的居住,他們甚至給我們免費飲料!強烈推薦任何人住在這裏!

Easyjet cancelled our flight & kept us waiting over 3 hours so it wasn't until after half 2 in the morning before we could get to our room, so might have been in a worse mood because of that. Upon checking in, we were given the key, the TV remote & AC remote (never been handed remote controls at reception before). Room was non-smoking but was enough evidence that it had not been refurbished since that rule had come in, with yellow around the corners of the rooms & on surfaces. Overall it was clean enough but was no 'wow' factor. Bathroom was standard, not great but clean. Bed was ok, I slept fine but my friend didn't like it. Not sure if it was due to the time of night we go to the hotel but we were not given any information regarding breakfast, so we missed that & had to find something ourselves. Fortunately, this hotel is a 2 min walk to the beach front, where there are a lot of bars & restaurants to relax in. This might be its only redeeming feature.

Very relaxing stay. The views from the room over the pool was great. It looks like almost every room has a nice view. The staff at reception are so helpful. The buffet breakfast was nice. The hotel was very clean. Only hiccup the gym is not well equipped with only one working treadmil and lots of guests using it.

Very nice breakfast, little variety but high quality. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room for people with special needs, easily accessible with wheelchair, even on the bathroom

Μια καλή επιλογή για ένα Ξενοδοχείο πάνω στην παραλία με μεγάλα και καθαρά δωμάτια! Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Η αλήθεια είναι πως θα περίμενα από ένα 4* Ξενοδοχείο να παρέχει οδοντόβουρτσα και οδοντόπαστα στα δωμάτια. Επίσης κάτι που με ενόχλησε ήταν η υπηρεσία καθαρισμού στις 14:30...!! Γυμναστήριο μικρό αλλά καθαρό και με ωραία θέα στην παραλία.

Εμεινα στο ξενοδοχείο τρεις φορές μέχρι σήμερα για επαγγελματικούς λόγους και μάλλον η τρίτη φορά θα είναι η τελευταία σε αυτό. Η πρώτη φορά τον μήνα Ιούνιο 2021 μου άφησε άριστες εντυπώσεις. Η μόνη εξαίρεση που αναφέρω είναι η εξής. Επέλεξα δωμάτιο με θέα την παλαιά πόλη. το πρωί απο τις 6:00 ήμουν αναγκασμένος να ξυπνώ μιας και το προσωπικό καθαριότητας έκανε φοβερό θόρυβο τόσο με τα εργαλεία καθαριότητας （κουβάδες, νερά, σκουπες, σύρσιμο κάδων κλπ） όσο και με τις φωνές τους. Είχες την αίσθηση ότι βρισκόσουν σε εργοτάξιο και όχι σε ξενοδοχείο. Κατά τα λοιπά εαν εξαιρέσεις και το πρόβλημα στο πάρκινγκ （δεν διαθέτει το ξενοδοχείο αλλά ακόμη και οι δυο θέσεις μπροστα απο αυτό είναι μόνιμα κατειλειμμένες και δεν μπορείς ούτε τις αποσκευές σου να κατεβάσεις ή να τις πάρεις σταθμευοντας έστω και 2' προσωρινά） πιστευω ότι η γενική εικόνα ήταν καλή. Την δευτερη φορά Ιούλιος τώρα είπα να επιλέξω δωμάτιο με θέα την πόλη για να αποφύγω τα πρωινά ξυπνήματα απο τον θόρυβο του προσωπικού.Και πάλι είχα πέσει έξω γιατί απο εδώ υπήρχε ο βραδυνός θόρυβος απο τους θαμώνες και την μουσική των καταστημάτων εστίασης και ψυχαγωγίας στον πεζόδρομο. Τα ξεπερνούσες όλα αυτά εαν είχες κλειστό το παράθυρο. Το πρόβλήμα όμως που είχα ήταν η χαμηλότατη ή μάλλον ανεπαρκής ταχύτητα στο ΙΝΤΕΡΝΕΤ με αποτέλεσμα να αδυνατώ να εργαστώ απο το ξενοδοχείο και να αναζητώ γραφεία εταιρειών με τις οποιες συνεργαζόμουν προκειμένου να κάνω την δουλειά μου. Το γεγονός αυτό το ανέφερα στους υπευθυνους λέγοντας τους ότι δεν θέλω να κατεβάζω παιχνίδια και ταινίες αλλά να κάνω δουλειά. Τελικά αποδείχτηκε πως απο το ένα αυτί μπήκαν και απο το άλλο βγήκαν. Ερχομαι στην τρίτη επίσκεψη μου τον Σεπτέμβριο. -ΝΤΕΡΝΕΤ η κατάσταση απελπιστική. Μάλιστα τους είπα εαν είναι δυνατόν να πληρώσω κάτι επιπλέον για να έχω καλύτερη σύνδεση και ταχύτητα και μου απάντησαν ότι θα μιλήσουν με τον τεχνικό τους. Μετά απο μερικές ώρες μου απάντησαν πως ο Τεχνικός τους τους είπε ότι ”μήπως έχετε ξεχάσει στο laptop τους παλαιούς κωδικούς και έχετε πρόβλημα?” Εδώ για να μην εκνευριστείς βάζεις απλά τα γέλια με την απάντηση （ακόμη και για αυτούς που έχουν βασικές γνώσεις υπολογιστών） - ΘΟΡΥΒΟΣ το ιδιο αδιόρθωτοι. Επίσης θα πώ πως δεν σέβονται την ησυχία του πελάτη. Ωρα 15:30 （μεσημέρι） έκαναν εργασίες σε κάποιον όροφος （έβαζαν πλακάκια） και δημιουργούσαν αρκετό θόρυβο. Μεσημέρι ήταν και όχι 10:00 το πρωί που θα ήταν δικαιολογημένος κάθε θόρυβος. - ΚΑΘΑΡΙΟΤΗΤΑ Ανύπαρκτη. Αρκεί να αναφερθώ πως την δευτερη ημέρα （ήταν Κυριακή） και δεν μπήκαν στο δωμάτιο να αλλάξουν τις πετσέτες. Ανγκάστικα να τηλεφωνήσω στην ρεσεωιόν αργά το απόγευμα να στείλουν τουλάχιστον πετσέτες για να κάνουμε μπάνιο καθώς επίσης χαρτί τουαλέτας και λίγο νερό! Επίσης στις 5 ημέρες που μείναμε δεν άλλαξαν τα σεντόνια. - ΜΕΝΟΥ ΠΡΩΙΝΟΥ. έχει αλλάξει πλέον και είναι πάρα πολύ πτωχό σε σχέση με τις προηγούμενες επισκέψεις μου. Δεν είναι πρωινό για Ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Εχεις δυνατότηα επιλογής απο λίστα με 4 πράγμματα. Χαρακτηριστικό αποτελεί

我已經是Accor的成員,我預訂了Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort。我的期望遠遠超過了。酒店剛剛開門,一切都完全新干淨!工作人員很努力,友好和熟練。說到底,丹尼斯在接待處,超級友好,專業。廚房裏瓦倫蒂娜是一個夢!另外,我還要提到服務員長黑髮 - 友好,總是開會的。總體而言,員工是頂級!酒店位置大約20分鐘離蘭納卡機場。它位於海灘上,有漂亮的波蘭設施。我們有404間房,很現代的裝修,大小一間普通的標準房間。酒店吃了三次晚上--很棒,很美味。酒店周圍有一些餐館和咖啡。超市離酒店2分鐘,可以推酒店,夏天我肯定會再來。10分10分-這樣度假就很有趣。
