湖屋旅館(Lakehouse Inn)

This Inn was amazing. From the welcoming beverage to a complimentary bottle of wine we felt like special guests. The staff was friendly and the Inn exceptionally clean and neat. Will visit again.

Charming inn with all the modern upgrades and conveniences! Walk-in shower with clean subway tiles, comfy bed with soft linens, towels were really white AND a complimentary bottle of a lovely red wine! I arrived late since I was attending a Kripalu program, but they called and gave me all the info I needed to get into the inn and into my room; Samantha even gave me her cell in case I had any problems and I didn’t. I checked out early and was offered muffins to go…wonderful stay!!

I had the most beautiful king suite overlooking the lake with a balcony. The couch in the living area was the most comfortable and stylish couch I've ever experienced in a. hotel room. Very large suite with great amenities. Even though it was winter, I fixed myself a hot tea in the middle of the night from the Keurig coffee maker and sat on the deck and watched the moonlight on the lake while the waves splashed ashore. It was so peaceful. Next time, I will be booking this room for more than one night!

There are so many nice things to say about this place, you'll have to go there for yourself and find out!!

In this hotel, we encountered an incredible lack of understanding from the customer service manager regarding the essence of your business — hospitality. After a long journey, we were not focused on learning all the rules of your hotel and might have inadvertently broken some. However, this does not justify the staff treating us disrespectfully. We were spoken to as if we were misbehaving students in a rural school, which ruined our evening.

The staff, service and food were all amazing. We can't wait to return. Conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping and the highway.

Service was warm and great. The property has a great view of the lake. Wish the room decor was nicer. There’s no lamp or indirect lighting in the bedroom (the ceiling light was glaring). The bed felt smaller than queen size and the sofa was small relative to the space.

had a suite room over the lake that was nicely appointed and comfortable. The view was nice and the porch furniture was comfortable.

Beautiful room, with lovely lake views and a great breakfast in the morning. Would stay again!
