Door lock (keycard) malfunctioned and i was unable to enter my room upon arrival. Got new key cards twice and still didnt work. It was deemed that the door was defective & their were no available rooms & no maintenance until the next morning. The lady (Julienne?) at the front desk was very friendly & I quickly got my deposit back. ******* customer service help me relocate with ease.

Wonderful place, beautiful place. Nice I can’t sing nothing else. It’s just a beautiful place to stay. Help clean everything nice in the room

Sheets were not changed the whole time I was there. I had to remind them for new towels everyday. Breakfast was not good.

The property was very affordable so our expectations weren’t super high… upon checkin they hadn’t carried over the reservation from ******* (so that was a hassle) the fold out sofa had no sheets, the floors had this terrible wax on them, which was very slippery and disgusting to put bare feet on! We liked having the 2 rooms joining each other and nice to have 2 separate bathrooms… ok for the money, wouldn’t stay again!

No water to flush the toilet all night. Water came in the morning. Not

very basic and uncomfortable due to lack of seating. sleep sofa seating uncomfortable, desk chair broken so couldn't be raised to proper height. Seedy other patrons. Like a half way or welfare housing

The only complaint I have is that the coffee in the rooms is terrible. I went to the gas station for coffee every morning. Other than that, no complaints.

The room was clean and all the amenities were there as needed. The day clerk was much more friendly and helpful than the night front desk clerk. I would stay again.
