我和丈夫非常喜歡我們最近在格拉蒙特酒店住宿。這讓我們想起了歐洲酒店幾年前的樣子(很好),但有一些現代化的升級。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。我們被升級爲一個巨大的房間(更像一個完整的公寓),可以看到廣場的美景。空調工作得很好,窗戶和百葉窗真的擋住了任何街道噪音。房間本身很乾淨舒適,擁有我們需要的一切。裝飾也許有點小貓,但每個人都有。此外,位置很棒靠近許多景點和好的餐館。雖然在我們的學習期間酒店門前沒有停車位,但我們在步行幾分鐘內很容易找到公共停車場。如果我們再次發現自己在該地區,我們肯定會回來。

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons pris 2 chambres communicantes, nous étions très bien installés. Très propre, literie excellente et très bien insonorisé ! Seul petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est cher par rapport au choix proposé mais si je reviens dans le coin je reviendrai !

Stayed 3 nights in Pau and fully enjoyed it. Even before the arrival, staff has been responding promptly to my requests and could immediately relate to them when they greeted me upon check-in. Room is very spacious, fridge is cold (unlike the usual mini-bar in most hotels) and has everything I wanted: safety deposit box, water kettle with tea, coffee and cream, bathroom amenities, a good hairdryer, and even a heated towel rack (this one really beats me!) Parking on site is very convenient, however the parking spaces have very narrow space in between cars so dents could be possible when people aren't careful opening their doors (I got one, unfortunately). Pau is a very nice town. Besides visiting the famous castle of Henri IV, strolling around town is very pleasant. For restaurants, I highly recommend L'interprète serving fine foods at very reasonable prices.

Cramped rooms, narrow and hard beddings on which it is impossible to relax, not-so-fresh pillows, super thin towels, minimalist toiletries– just a gel fixed to the wall of the shower, we had to claim hand soap – we were used to a better treatment by Mercure hotels. The rooms here are more of a basic Ibis. The parking is not closed, which is not reassuring when you have to leave luggage in the car due to lack of space. Many customers weren't wearing masks - even in elevators - and we didn't see them asked to wear ones. In addition, the sanitary pass is not required for breakfast, a rule by the Accor group according to the receptionist. However, we stayed in another Accor hotel in September and customers without a sanitary pass had to have their breakfast in their room. On the other side the hotel is quiet and well located near the highway, dinner and breakfast were more than good. The staff are very kind and responsive. These positive points made our stay a little more comfortable.

ATTENTION AUX ALLERGIQUES !!!!!! Après plusieurs rdv avec la commerciale qui n'avait pas pris en compte ma demande sur le 1er devis nous mettons un autre menu adapté. Mais quelle n'a été notre surprise le jour J , Aucune information n'a été transmise en cuisine !!!! Inaceptable et TRES GRAVE !!!l Commerciale incompétante!!!! Pas digne d'un 5étoiles !!! De plus on nous a prévenu la veille pour le lendemain que la salle que nous avions louée n'était pas libre !!!! ( occupée j'ai ouie dire par la famille du directeur !!!!!) Incroyable ! Etablissement à Fuir absolument !!!

Nous étions deux à vouloir déjeuner rapidement au bar mais contrairement au clas*****t 5 * affiché, il nous a été impossible d’être servis ! Je ne connais pas d’hôtels de luxe qui refuse des clients…je suis habitué à la tradition française du vrai luxe qui trouve toujours une solution. Attention à ne pas décevoir vos clients en leur laissant croire que vous êtes à l’égal d’un cinq étoiles d’une capitale ou d’une grande ville…j avais oublié un détail j’étais à Pau.

We stayed here for two nights. Arrival into Pau was by train. We used the free funicular to get from the railway station (bottom of hill) to the hotel (top of hill). It would take between 10 and 15 minutes from leaving the railway station to getting to the hotel. The receptionist spoke good English and we were allocated an appartment located on the second floor. The room is basic with a small kitchenette. Surprisingly there was no soap for the sink in the bathroom (but it shower gel was provided). We found the room to be very cold (we utilised an extra duvet and blanket which was provided in the wardrobe). We opted not to complain - so we're not sure whether or not this could have been rectified easily. The room was not serviced after night one and we had just enough toilet paper to last us for two nights. Once again we are unsure if you would need to buy some or whether reception would provide some free of charge. A supermarket is located a few minutes walk from the hotel. We had breakfast on both mornings. It's a small area and you may struggle to find an empty table.
