Très belle surprise !!!! le réceptionniste est très agréable et nous a donné plein de conseils . Merci à lui. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Nous avions pris une place de parking. Tout s est super bien passé. Bon emplacement. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Three night stay in May 2023 to tour the area by car. My room 24 while nice was incredibly small with possibly the narrowest entry door to a hotel room I have seen and a bedroom that was just too small for what they had in it which wasn’t a lot. While the room was clean and all the fixtures and fittings were nice it just felt too tight with a small space on one side of the bed and the end of the bed. There was an oversized lounge chair which looked like it may have converted to a single bed which would have made the space even tighter and while there was no desk there was a small round table that you could move to the chair to use a makeshift desk but it was incredibly heavy and awkward to move. There was no real closet or storage just some shelves and an open hanging area and a large wall mounted LCD TV. I had two suitcases and was constantly having to move these to get around. The bathroom like the rest of the space felt incredibly tight but was modern and clean but the lack of a door on the shower meant that the bathroom floor got very wet. The hotel had free parking and while I was there the hotel seemed to be being used by some of the participants in the Tour de Bretagne I think it was called and was filled with some beautiful classic cars. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Quimper near an industrial area and a car would be necessary as there wasn’t a lot within the immediate area within walking distance from what I saw. The hotel was fine but the rooms are just way too small for two people.

L’hôtel a mal vieilli même si visiblement la peinture a été refaite. Pas de volet roulant donc on voit la lumière extérieure dans toute la chambre malgré le rideau occultant, dérangeant lorsque l’on aime dormir dans le noir complet. Dans la chambre chauffage défectueux je l’ai signalé et on ne m’a pas compté le petit dej, merci pour l’effort

Really nice stay. 4 nights with two rooms, we loved the location close to old town, but quiet at night. Off street parking is great (7 euros a night) in a town that is really tough to find parking. Rooms were large, great shower, wonderful staff, good wifi, everything you want in a hotel. I really liked that they had a cold water filter machine as well for guests! Crib for the baby was great too. Highly recommend this hotel.

Très bon emplacement, la chambre est grande, malheureusement avec une douche et non pas avec une baignoire comme indiqué sur la réservation.les deux personnes à l’accueil sont endormies et ne savent pas dire bonjour madame et bonjour monsieur. Literie très dure mais une grande chambre. Petit déjeuner bien fournie. Un hôtel correct .

Positive: - Hotel facilities - Reasonable price Negative: - Oceania unfortunately focuses mainly on business guests during the week. From Friday to Sunday, the restaurant is closed and the number of staff is drastically reduced. This then leads to the lady at the reception being responsible for both the telephone, check-in and also the bar, which means it can take quite a long time to get something to drink. At the weekend, there are at most a few tour buses; as a normal guest, you don't really feel well looked after. - The dishes at breakfast were partly not clean. Traces of scrambled eggs on the plates, traces of coffee or tea in the cups. The staff at breakfast was inattentive regarding the lack of cutlery, bread, etc. - Although the town centre is only 1 km away (as the crow flies), unfortunately you cannot walk there because you would have to walk the first 400 m on the highway. So you always have to take the car.
