This is not a 5 star hotel. Beware. There is no elevator at this hotel. We were on the bottom floor. That’s over 200 steps to reception and dining. Town is over a mile away on a busy road. They do offer bus service to and from town. The gym and spa are across the street which is like crossing a major highway. The fridge was not plugged in. You get one towel per day. The breakfast was over cooked for croissants and under cooked for bacon and eggs. Even the hard boiled egg was runny. They won’t fill your water jug. Want to charge you 6 euro for a bottle. Across the street is a market and water is 1 euro. The phone in room for room service or problems doesn’t work and also the numbers to reception, room service, or housekeeping were not listed anywhere in the room. The pool is not heated. There is no jacuzzi. The stairs are super slippery and not always a handrail. Also the cool things in Santorini are 20 minutes from hotel. A mile ride by taxi already costs 10 euros. Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

位置不錯的 就是房間滿了還是給我訂進去 結果到了白等2 小時 回去3 點多忽悠一通給我換去鄰居家的酒店 靠裡麪多了 差價1000 多 也不説 白白浪費了時間 還是沒有發現差價都被忽悠了 還跟我説是同一家酒店 總體不老實

位置,服務,房間舒適,一切都是酒店! 另外,早餐是最好的,因此,如果您入住,我們建議您包括早餐。 我根本沒有決定晚餐的餐廳,但是工作人員告訴我顏色々,甚至預訂了房間。 這是一個夢幻般的住宿。

4月初去的，房價2000，雖然也覺得貴，但和六七八月相比，就算很優惠了。我們兩大一小，小孩5歲，結果被告知衹能住2位，後來小孩加收了100歐元。加錢后給我們升級到套房了，這點很贊。早餐是前一個晚上先在單子上點好，並說明就餐時間。第二天服務生會準時送到，品種還算豐富，點少點，不然吃不完哈哈

I could tell this was going to be a magical stay before I had even arrived. Staff were so helpful via email, answering my barrage of questions about local restaurants, arranging spa treatments and even a wine tasting for us. I just wanted to get our first wedding anniversary right and everyone I spoke to was amazing. We arrived at Secret View Hotel straight from another hotel and we’re therefore very early. We were offered a welcome cocktail and relaxed in the bar for an hour or so before a member of staff came over to give us all of the info on the local area. Unfortunately it was cold, grey and windy when we arrived so we decided to get a bite in the restaurant. There was no one else around but the staff were incredibly friendly and it felt like they were a little gutted for us about the weather. When our room was ready, the staff showed us up. We had been upgraded and given a room with a hot tub and the most spectacular view. We were elated! Over the course of our stay the weather got better, but with a hot tub, the wind really didn’t matter. I cannot stress enough how good the staff were throughout, every time we went out they would ask where we were going to eat and offer recommendations based on their personal experiences, the girls made my wife feel great and would always compliment her on her outfit of the day. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt like they wanted to make our anniversary special. Our spa treatments were wonderful, the spa area is relaxing and the facilities were modern and fresh. Breakfasts were also fantastic. The selection was incredible and we woke up every morning looking forward to it. You’re situated a 15 minute walk from Oia and it’s actually quite a pleasant walk. On the day of our actual anniversary, we came back to our room to find the sweetest note from staff as well as a delicious cake made from pancakes, such a lovely touch, we were very moved by the gesture. As we had such a beautiful view and balcony area and we literally overlooked the White Rock Restaurant, I asked if we were able to order room service, but from the main restaurant menu, again, staff were more than happy to help, the 2 girls in the restaurant that evening were so lovely and brought our food to the balcony just in time for the sunset, they didn’t have to do that and was yet another example of the exceptional level of service from the staff. From beginning to end this was a perfect hotel experience. I really hope all of the staff that were part of our stay are made aware just how special we felt. It absolutely made our anniversary a dream! Thank you!

We liked our communication with every receptionist at this hotel. They were very polite, courteous, accommodating, and flexible. They gave us a good recommendation for a private tour around the island. Our flight was leaving late at midnight. They made every effort to make us feel comfortable while we were waiting for our departure to the airport. We enjoyed personal wifi in every room! You can stream almost any service via phone to their TV! We also liked their radio selection on TV! There is really good water pressure in the shower. Their Santorini one page travel guide/map was well organized and beautifully presented. We had a relaxing time at their spa. The spa facilities were clean and inviting. Their staff (Katerina and Maria) did a great job. We enjoyed our room with a private pool. The buffet breakfast was decent. They have a basic fitness center with some limited equipment. The exterior was beautiful and well kept.

服務很好、房間很乾凈！很熱、酒店贈送了遮陽帽！早餐不錯、可以點餐、也可以自助！早上凌晨5點出發趕飛機、服務人員不到5點就把簡單餐食外帶打包好、送到房間還有幫忙送行李！
