酒店蠻美的，房間裏沒有wifi，3g衹在陽台上有。 早餐比較基礎，肉和蛋都要單獨點了現做的。晚餐三道式，味道還不錯，酒單上的酒都很便宜。 到公園門口的路況一般，有搓板路段，習慣就好。

Une bâtisse surprenante au milieu du désert. Des chambres très spacieuses (oasis), très agréablement décorée. Bien équipée. Double vasque, petit balcon, nécessaire pour le café et thé, frigo. Pas de wifi en chambre, ni de TV. Jolie piscine mais pas chauffée. Restaurant proposant un menu chaque soirs en 5 plats. Vraiment bien servi. L'après-midi, thé et café offert avec des gâteaux. En fin d'après-midi, possibilité d'assister au coucher du soleil sur les dunes autour d'un feu et en sirotant un cocktail. Franchement une belle étape que je recommande.

Dit was de mooiste lokatie tijdens onze rondrit in Namibië. We hebben genoten, kamer was heel mooi en schoon, personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, het eten was heerlijk! Een echte aanrader mocht je naar Namibië gaan. Het lijkt wel een deel uit het sprookje van 1001 nacht.

Une piscine au milieu du château Un feu entouré de fauteuils pour l’apéro et le coucher de soleil Un dîner en 5 plats, du bon vin et un service impeccable Un très beau moment

la struttura e la location sono veramente bellissime da sogno incredibili. in mezzo al deserto con panorami mozzafiato, alba e tramonto da sogno, veramente un luogo senza tempo e spazio in mezzo al nulla, un vero e proprio miraggio. la stanza, abbiamo prenotato una suite, era grandissima e veramente tanto bella. ho fatto un massaggio rilassante nella spa ed è stato molto valido anche questo. l'unica pecca è stato il cibo, penso che potrebbero fare molto meglio scegliendo una cucina più semplice e tradizionale e meno elaborata, inoltre non c'erano delle bottiglie d'acqua in camera a dispsozione dei clienti, ma in questo luogo e posizione era fondametale. è stata comunque una bellssima esperienza. peccato non avere la wi fi in camera in un luogo così bello.

Les ++ Magnifique, une oasis dans le désert avec un petit point d’eau artificiel où nous avons vu un Oryx et un chacal. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le personnel est très aidant et très accueillant. Les repas sont bons. Pas exceptionnels mais ils font l’affaire. En revanche le vin est top, surtout le Namibian Kiss. Les - Le restaurant est un peu trop sombre, c’est joli mais pas pratique, et leur apéro au coin du feu est très sympa mais cela nous fait dîner au plus tôt à 19h et après avoir fait Sossuvlei c’est trop tard. Certains soirs il n’y a que de la viande au menu, il faut réclamer une option végétarien ou poisson. Le wifi est accessible seulement à la réception (au bar aussi en théorie mais tout le monde est dessus donc ça rame). La piscine est hyper froide. Pensez 15° je pense. Les chaises en cuir par 40° ne sont pas une bonne idée du tout.

A Arrivando dalla strada il 'castello' non da una grande sensazione. Sembra una piccola cattedrale in disuso nel deserto . In realta il resort è di alto livello. Cibo ottimo, servizio impeccabile e tramonti mozzafiato. Vi conisglio di cenare nella cantina (da prenotare). Ambiente privato e molto sugestivo

L accoglienza e il servizio sono stati ottimi, camere originali, le nostre due stanze al primo piano con balcone privato vista sul deserto sono da togliere il fiato. Piscina e ☕️ station a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. La struttura ricorda i riad di lusso di Marrakech. Abbiamo soggiornato qui solo una notte perché la struttura è davvero comoda all escursione sky safari baloon. Cena non adeguata al livello della struttura

An exorbitant price for the service. The big downside is the total lack of soundproofing, especially since we were placed above the main entrance. You can hear people arriving, the doormen chatting, it's impossible to sleep in the morning when all the 4X4s go on excursions, in the evening when people leave the restaurant. In addition, we can hear people talking in neighboring rooms, taking a shower, going to the toilets, unacceptable for this range of hotel. No privacy. When I complained, I was simply told that there was nothing to be done, no commercial effort was made. For the rest, the hotel is clean, the rooms spacious and the meal very decent (except the wine by the glass which is really poor quality).

I spent a night here at this hotel with the tour company “Ompo travel safari” and it was one of the first worst impressions. As I was entering the dining hall to eat dinner I was stared up and down and not greeted. Given I am a person of color, they didn’t think I should be treated as well as my white counter parts although we were in Africa. While seated, I was asked by Nelson who was the anger at the time “can we help you with something” as if I didn’t belong there. His approach and entire demeanor expressed being unwanted. I then told him that I was a guest and his attitude changed. At this point I was disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience there the hotel isn’t that great for the price, nor was the food. Very mediocre at best. I’ve been to over 26 countries and this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an establishment. You will find better accommodations elsewhere. And btw my name is Madjula. I made this complaint both to the travel agency and the hotel, I was told that I would receive a refund which never happened.

Resort molto bello fatto in pietra con camere spaziose e con bei balconi che danno sul deserto. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione. Colazione buona, ristorante per pranzo e per cena con servizio gentile e con buona qualità dei piatti. Molto suggestivo l’aperitivo serale attorno al focolare

Im Stil einer afrikanischen Festung steht dieses Resort mitten in der Steppe nahe Sesriem, etwa 22 km vor der Einfahrt zum Sossusvlei Park. Superschön und liebevoll angelegt, im Restaurant plätschert ein kleiner Wasserfall, im Innenhof liegt der Pool, wo es sich schön entspannen lässt. Gute Drinks und Cocktails gibt es in der Bar, ab 17 Uhr zum Sundowner dann am Lagerfeuer. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend, wenn auch die Portionen des 5-Gänge-Menüs überschaubar sind. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebe Rensie, die immer ein Lachen auf den Lippen hatte. Das hat sehr zu unserem Wohlgefühl beigetragen.
