酒店蠻美的，房間裏沒有wifi，3g衹在陽台上有。 早餐比較基礎，肉和蛋都要單獨點了現做的。晚餐三道式，味道還不錯，酒單上的酒都很便宜。 到公園門口的路況一般，有搓板路段，習慣就好。

Es fühlt sich an wie in einem echten Karawanserei und das umgeben mit einem Hauch Luxus. Man tritt aus der Wüste durch das Tor und es empfängt einen eine kleine grüne Oase mit Pool. Und wenn abends beim Dinner die Wüstenschakale zu Besuch kommen, ist die Atmosphäre perfekt. Wer etwas außergewöhnliches erleben möchte, sollte hier ein paar Nächte residieren.

Das Hotel war einfach nur wunderschön. Die Zimmer waren großzügig und extrem schön gestaltet. Das Essen wurde als Menue angeboten und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat immer für gute Laune gesorgt. Wir konnten draußen essen und hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf das Wasserloch, was von Schakalen, Orix-Antilopen und einer Hyäne besucht wurde. Wir hatten sehr, sehr schöne Tage dort.

Het hotel, de omgeving en met name het personeel verdient absoluut 5 sterren. Er is aan alles gedacht. De quadtour was geweldig en het eten in het restaurant eveneens. Een absolute aanrader

Le Mirage is one of the most magical hotels we have been so far worldwide, and close to the unique Dunes of the Sossusvlei. Excellent food and service, spacious rooms with great views. We spent an unforgettable night in a sky room. Highly recommendable!!!

O Le Mirage Resort e Spa excedeu as nossas expectativas, ficamos somente por 1 noite, mas quando chegamos no hotel e no quarto, ficamos com vontade de ter ficado por 2 a 3 noites. A equipe do hotel e prestativa e simpatica, o restaurante serve uma comida excelente e a Chef Angolana teve o cuidado de verificar alternativas para nossas criancas poderem jantar algo que elas gostassem. O quarto e limpo, muito bem decorado. A area da pisicna e jacuzzi tambem e muito boa e bem mantida. Eles possuem um terraco onde se pode ver as estrelas a noite, como o ceu de Sossuslei e privilegiado, tive a melhor visao das estrelas qque ja tive na vida. Com certeza se voltar a Namibia irei ficar mais dias no hotel e aproveitar as atividades em Sossusvlei.

Hotel particolare con forma simil fortino che si trova nel bel mezzo del nulla. Personale estremamente gentile, in particolare le signore della spa. Ristorante con ottimo servizio buoni piatti . Colazione buona. Camere molto grandi e di ottimo livello dotate di tutto il necessario. Spazi comuni ben tenuti e usufruibile piscina compresa. Ma..... Wifi non c'è nelle camere Manca un ascensore per raggiungere il 1 piano I rubinetti in bagno hanno una gestione cervellotica che fa usare moltissima acqua prima di avere, ad esempio, una doccia con temperatura normale (o ci si ustiona o è fredda) Bello ma migliorabile.

Expérience extrêmement décevante. L’hôtel est beaucoup plus vieux que sur les vidéos et photos sur internet. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas au début, puis la climatisation a pris feu dans la chambre. Réaction du personnel : ils ont rigolé. Le principal problème de cet hôtel est le manque de management du personnel, il y a un vrai manque de sérieux car personne ne supervise les employés qui ne font rien, et l’hôtel n’est pas bien entretenu. Les chambres n’étaient pas correctement nettoyées entre deux nuits, ils ne donnent pas d’eau dans les chambres, les serviettes de bain sur le sol n’ont pas été changées, les poubelles non jetées… ce n’est pas sérieux du tout. Le personnel ne fait que se moquer des clients dans leurs dos et cela est extrêmement désagréable. De plus, nous avons dû nous plaindre que le repas du soir était light. Au final, l’hôtel ne vaut pas du tout le prix payé. Vous trouverez un service et une qualité de prestation mieux ailleurs

Nous pensions passer une expérience grandiose… ça n’a pas été le cas. Mis à part la sortie en quad avec un guide formidable, j’avoue avoir du mal à trouver un quelconque autre point positif à vous partager. En revanche, je me permets de vous présenter une liste de ce qui n’allait pas: - la climatisation qui explose à 22h alors qu’elle a été allumée à faible volume pendant moins d’une heure, et ce dans plusieurs chambres. (Problème qui n’a pas été réglé, ils ont conseillé d’éteindre la clim.) - Le wifi qui ne marche qu’à la réception (faiblement) - Les portions au restaurant qui sont plus adaptées pour des enfants que des adultes (nous ne sommes pas de gros mangeurs) - le ménage (pour faire court, il font juste les lits, s’il n’y a plus de mouchoirs dans la salle de bain ou que vous demandez à changer les serviettes, personne ne le fait à moins de le resignaler à la réception) - gros manque de management dans l’équipe. Nous avions l’impression de déranger et je conseillerai aux employés d’éviter de se moquer des clients en anglais à côté d’eux car nous comprenons bien évidemment. De plus, le serveur principal est condescendant et moqueur. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais nous avons remarqué que les clients demandent à ravitailler le buffet car malgré beaucoup de serveurs, rien n’est vérifié. En conclusion je vous conseille de juste venir pour l’activité quad, mais le reste n’en vaut pas la peine. De plus, la piste pour venir à l’hôtel est difficile donc autant prendre un lodge près de l’entrée du parc. PS: le contraste entre la vidéo sur le site et la réalité est assez flagrant.

Très bel endroit atypique au milieu du désert - on se demande où l'on est !! nous avons passé un agréable moment autour de la piscine en attendant que la chaleur baisse un peu avant de partir explorer la canyon. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant, et le diner du soir est tres agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées avec une petite terrasse pour profiter de la vue.Un grand merci à Maria qui nous a accompagné et nous a fait decouvrir Sossusvlei.

Leider hatten wir eine undichte, auslaufende Toilette. Die Duschvorrichtung ist fast abgefallen und die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig. Super Essen und tolle Landschaft. Alles in allem sehr bemüht ein eindrucksvolles Bild zu schaffen, unzureichend in der Umsetzung.

Perdu au milieu du désert, cet hôtel a une architecture assez atypique mais agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais il faudrait apporter une touche de rénovation par ex mitigeur, meubles. Nous avons bénéficié d un massage au spa : à recommander un massage africain très tonique prodigue par une petite dame qui assure ! Les repas sont tout à fait corrects et le service est très efficace et professionnel ! Dommage que c est relativement sombre…. C est bien le repas a la chandelle mais pas évident. Quad activité au top ! Bref excepté un petit côté vieillot des chambres par rapport aux standards actuels belle expérience !

Incredibile costruzione a forma di castello turrito nel bel mezzo di una piana circondata da montagne e deserto. Dopo centinaia di chilometri nella polvere appare proprio come un miraggio. All'interno stanze curatissime, con letto a baldacchino. terrazzino con vista unica e bagni tuttavia senza porte e soffitto. Cortile lussureggiante con piscina. Ristorante in edificio vicino che serve ottima cucina. La sera open bar per il tramonto. Parcheggio privato. Di sicuro una esperienza TOP

Cadre magnifique, personnel très accueillant et efficace ! Le Dîner était très bon. Ayant fait le tour de Sossusvlei le matin avec notre guide Maria (tres accueillante et professionnelle) , ils nous ont laissé la chambre pour prendre une douche. Honnêtement le meilleur lodge sur les 10 que nous avons fait en Namibie
