The Expedia customer support team spent two weeks trying to get in contact with the hotel and I also contacted them myself twice on top of that only to be ignored and eventually had my request to modify my request to have my booking dates pushed out rejected on the day of my stay. They also refused to reimburse me for the stay I did not use claiming that they were not advised of the request to modify the booking dates in advance...They blatantly ignored me (there is read receipt on the Expedia platform so I saw that they were reading my messages) as well as the multiple calls and emails from Expedia customer support only to take advantage of the situation to charge me for a nights stay that was unused. This hotel has staff with no morals; that type of treatment towards others is distasteful and they should be ashamed of carrying out these types of practices.

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento muito bom. Único problema é o ruído que se faz sentir a qualquer hora, o isolamento do hotel deixa muito a desejar, tornando o descanso mais difícil. Pequeno almoço é ótimo e a sala envolvente inclui uma varanda com uma vista para Tróia incrível. Embora alguns contratempos, experiência foi positiva.

This is a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4-star hotel. The units that were recently renovated got the landlord special: the doorknobs were falling off the bathroom door, the A/C just didn’t work (the staff insisted it did, but we needed to open the window regardless), and the shower doesn’t have a proper barrier so water gets literally everywhere despite your best efforts. The rooms are tiny giving you no space to get takeout or eat a snack. There are plenty of tables downstairs and poolside but the staff insist you cannot bring outside food even though there is no restaurant using those tables and the tables have no use outside of breakfast. The rooms are expensive for the location and amenities. There is a pool but honestly you don’t come to Portugal to swim in a hotel pool. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I’ve never had a worse experience at a so-called “4-star” hotel. At least with 3 star hotels they’re cheaper and you know what you’re getting. We actually had a better stay at another local hotel last week. A large family suite with powerful air conditioning for far less than this tiny double bed room with a vent that blows oddly humid and slightly cool air.

Stayed here several times for business. The rooms are spacy, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers sufficient variety. The hotels central location allows to have most of the places of interest and restaurants in walking distance. The price level is adequate and even during holiday season not exaggerated.

Acesso complicado, numa espécie de fim da cidade. Quarto muito espartano, mas limpo. Alcatifa manchada, desagradável, casa de banho limpa e aceitável, sem acessórios nem fraquinhos, apenas dois copos de papel. TV de boa dimensão. O quarto cheirava intensamente a mofo, humidade. Primeiro andar sem elevador, com uma escada em caracol, incómoda quando se sobe e desce com malas. Isolamento sonoro praticamente inexistente,, mero tabique, acordamos ao som de uma discussão no aposento contíguo. Preço módico, mas pela situação e condições do quarto, quem puder pagar mais meia dúzia de euros certamente encontrará melhor.
