Συμπαθητικό ξενοδοχείο. Η θέα στην πλατεία από το δωμάτιο μας είναι όμορφη. Το κρεβάτι είναι ανετο. Το πρωινό είναι.... κυρίως αυγά ...σε διάφορες μορφές. Δίπλα σε μετρό, σουπερμάρκετ και ανταλλακτηριο. Σε κοντινή απόσταση πάρκινγκ με φυλαξη και πληρωμή .

酒店位置不錯，距離獅子橋500m，房間裝修比較老。 餐廳和服務還行。

Room is a bit old style. TV is small. Shuttle to airport not on time for my reserved time (Waited 30+ min), but not sure if this is common. Breakfast is great (considering the grade of the hotel - a variety of hot options). Great view of city and parking lot in room. Friendly staff.

環境還不錯的，房間還算整潔乾淨，免費停車位有限，衹能在路邊停，到早上八點半以後需要停車付費，有簡單的早餐，衹是前台服務人員態度比較冷漠了。

I've never stayed anywhere else in Sofia so cannot comment on whether this is great for Sofia, but international 4* standard, it isn't. Most of the staff are lovely, apart from the member of staff who decided one evening that we were not allowed to have a glass of wine in the lobby bar because the bottle of wines were ”reserved” and ”for show” (the excuse changing from one minute to the next.) He couldn't explain who or why they were reserved or for show. The room servicing is, *interesting*. They say in the information in the room that the rooms are serviced daily. On the first day it wasn't serviced at all. The second, I asked it to be serviced and the towels replaced which they did but then (not joking) they screwed up the cover on the bed and put it in the corner, made half an effort to pull up the duvet, emptied a bin and did nothing else. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room is a real plus but they were not refreshed / refilled during our stay either, even when the room was ”serviced”. The bed was comfortable but one of those fit together beds rather than a true king size. It was huge but possible to get a bit caught in the middle. That said though, we didn't struggle with noise as other people did. The breakfast is fine. Typical central European type stuff and not the best quality but fresh fruit is always welcome. If it's a choice between room only at a cheaper price, I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it though. The door lock was a bit temperamental. It's worth checking it's genuinely locked behind you as ours didn't unless we carefully engaged the catch. There are safes though. The lifts were a bit dodgy as well. One obviously breaking down from time to time during our stay and be warned you need your room card to go up or down. Location wise it's superb and I'm not saying I wouldn't stay there again but for the price, which is not cheap for Sofia, the service needs a bit of an uplift. Also some attention to detail in the rooms would be good with a slight tear in the voile, wallpaper lifting etc. For British visitors though as this hotel is part of a Cooperative organisation, they have pictures of the first Rochdale COOP in some of the corridors. A funny little quirk if you know Rochdale. It's not the place you'd choose to decorate anywhere.

嗯,這當然是值得記住的事情。2018年5月在這裏住了一個會議。酒店是一個寒冷的遺蹟,如果我有選擇,我當然不會預訂。大堂很大很空,房間鋪在無數層,裝飾得很簡陋,給你一種寒冷而沉悶的感覺。對黑暗的城市和掃地的景色,但位置不是中心,沒有提供任何東西來引導自己。附近有一家相當不錯的餐廳,有當地美食。索菲亞本身值得一遊,中心相當有趣,巨大的大教堂外景 - 值得一遊,因爲它自己的搖動。

I missed my flight at sofia airport so had to book a hotel for one night. So I went for a mid range hotel. It was better than mid range. Lovely helpful staff on reception, an aceptable price with thier discount....paid 68 euros for a large kingsize bed with onsuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh pillows (very snazzy cushions too) and a nice relaxing corner sofa, reasonable TV and every thing was realyl clean. Complimentary coffee and tea, which is not the norm in Bulgaria, nice and quiet, was lovely and warm. Actualyl a bit too warm and I couldnt turn the heating down so I had to sleep wit hte fridge open to cool off as aircon didnt work. THis was the only negative for me. They did an airport pickup, but not a drop off and this nearly stopped me booking, as they should have told me this at the begining, however they were saved by the fact the metro was 4 stops to the airport and cost me 1.60 leva, so about 70p. I picked up food from the little shops in the metro, as I hit a holiday so the restaurants close by were closed. A very lovely stay and Id go there again. AND they had these lovely drop lights near the bed as side lights, some veyr nice touches, clean crisp sheets, soft towels and nice soaps etc and they dont ask you to leave till 12 lunch time. Senza dubbio hotel di alto livello, ubicato in centro a breve distanza da tutte le(poche) attrazioni turistiche della capitale della Bulgaria. Bagno piccino rispetto allo standard ma stanza adeguata e lussuosa. Unico grandissimo problema il check-in. Dalle 12 è stato consentito alle 13.30, con grandissimo disagio per tutti noi arrivati dall'Italia alle 11

我們一進門,就受到一個穿制服的人的歡迎,他歡迎我們來到旅館,把我們帶到接待處,照看我們的行李,後來被送到我們的房間。接待處的女士對我們很有禮貌和效率,因此,從一開始,我們就意識到我們是一家經營良好的五星級酒店,擁有專業和樂於助人的員工。我們的臥室裝飾得很時尚,灰色的涼爽,有兩張寬大的牀,一個全景窗戶,可以看到維託沙山,大理石浴室大小適中,配備了現代配件和一個可愛的散步淋浴。我們預訂了俱樂部房,對新開的俱樂部休息室沒有失望。下午提供茶點,然後從6-8下午開始“快樂一小時”。我們發現這項服務非常出色,員工們熱衷於幫助,並在晚上喝了飲料和吃了一系列誘人的美食。在歐洲餐館裏,早餐也很出色,自助餐有很多烹飪和冷菜,還有煮的菜餚,如煎蛋卷和雞蛋。最後一點要提到我們發現總禮賓部主任託多爾·戈拉奇洛夫斯基對我們預訂餐廳和指導我們到索非亞一些值得注意的景點最有幫助:他很棒。洲際酒店真的是一流的酒店,我們會毫不猶豫地再次入住這裏感謝所有讓我們留下難忘的遊客
