NNgMoon最初擔心住“老”酒店,但我的擔心來休息了。類似於小屋主題,房間很乾淨,設施充足。工作人員總是非常友好,每次離開和返回酒店時都向我們致意,並及時迴應我們的客房服務要求。距離酒店10分鐘路程,有一個公園,有平靜的溪流,一個休息和從繁忙的城市生活中放鬆的好地方。最近的火車站步行5分鐘就到了,坐車到市中心也只有30-45分鐘。不過有些缺點,除了酒店裏那家,附近沒有餐廳,附近超市也沒有。房間裏沒有提供器具,所以準備好自己帶一套。酒店電梯似乎有點破舊,但在我入住期間沒有壞掉。總的來說,鑑於周圍氛圍平靜和驚人的服務,我真的很喜歡我的住宿。我會考慮將來返回

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，適合短期入住。然而，主要的缺點是隔音效果不佳。我能清楚地聽到走廊上人們的談話，以及頻繁的開關門聲，這影響了整體的舒適度，尤其是在夜間。
儘管如此，這次住宿體驗還算不錯，服務周到，地理位置也優越。如果隔音效果能有所改善，體驗會更加舒適。

TTaotaotaotaotaotailang服務：超級棒，前台的Marilyn的服務真的很優秀，很熱心，而且介紹了很多周邊的餐廳，43樓早班的男士也總是熱心的幫助我們，總體來説，服務非常讓人滿意，大廳裏也有很多人員幫忙指路或者回答疑問
環境：周邊去哪裡都超級方便，非常適合親子度假休息，離Eaton 商場步行可抵達，也有超多亞洲美食以及本地各類美食，住着也非常安心
設施：酒店大廳和早餐區域都非常好，房間床墊和床品有點不符，被子很薄但是很重，年份有點久

訪訪客The hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

訪訪客飯店位置絕佳－從機場搭乘火車輕鬆抵達市中心，步行至火車站僅需10分鐘。街對面就有一家星巴克，非常方便。
入住當晚，大廳有現場音樂表演，營造出熱鬧歡快的氛圍。房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，包括爐灶和廚具，方便我們自己製作早餐和簡餐——這真是難得的貼心之舉！淋浴設施也很棒，隔音效果也很好。
唯一的小問題是，我無法將電腦連接到電視螢幕上，導致工作設定不太方便。螢幕鏡像功能無法使用，連接線也比較短，但由於這並不重要，所以我沒有聯絡前台。
總而言之，這是一次非常棒的住宿體驗－4.5/5！

訪訪客在Canopy的住宿總體來說很棒——酒店安靜乾淨。無線網路訊號很好。而且，飯店靠近舍伯恩地鐵站。飯店的員工非常友好，能及時滿足我的需求。
我們的房型是“雙床房”，面積適中，乾淨明亮，簡約的瑞典風格設計讓我很滿意。我必須承認，我對房間的景色略感失望——只能透過窗戶看到隔壁公寓大樓的景色。我最喜歡的設施是抽屜式冰箱，它足夠大，可以放我們買的東西。當然，飯店也有一些標準設施——濃縮咖啡機和電熱水壺。我還想提一下，飯店有玻璃瓶裝水，你需要在樓層大廳的飲水機取水。這不僅不方便，而且很環保。

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

訪訪客I want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants.
It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.
