Bangkok City Pillar Shrine Located near Sanam Luang and the Grand Palace. Which is a source of tourists to visit, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Pho, is open to pay respects from 06.30 - 18.00 hrs.
This is quite a small shrine, off the main road on the way to the Royal Palace, but it’s a key sight and definitely worth stopping for a visit. It has beautiful gardens surrounding a white shrine. The shrine itself has intricate carved detail and the gardens include topiary trees and giant pots with lotus flowers. Local people come here to worship.
