這是我入住體驗最差的一次,感覺酒店管理有問題,這個價位的酒店在服務細節上遠沒有達標,以上是本人主觀認識,下面講一下客觀情況,第一天check in時前台沒有一個服務人員,衹聽到有人在後麪小房間聊天的聲音,我hello了一下,沒人睬,等了3-5分鐘終於從小房間出來一位女士辦完入住,進房間發現卧室洗手間內有異響,控制面板電流聲(較小),台盆上方天花板有較大聲異響(嗒嗒聲),晚上睡覺肯定有影響,於是打了bulter service電話講了異響情況,希望來處理一下,三十分鐘沒反應,忍不住直接到前台反應,要求儘快解決或換個房間,均不答應且態度生硬敷衍,我要求見manager on duty,回答我經理在忙,我因為外出有事,在禮貌表達了強烈不滿後離開酒店,晚上十點多回來後發異響倒是沒有了,一夜無事,第二天離大譜的事情就來了,凌晨三點左右,睡夢中突然被吵醒,發現窗簾正在自動打開(發出沙沙聲),全屋燈光自動打開,燈火通明,走到客廳發現同樣情況,同時第一天入住時的異響又再度出現,直到早上一直未睡,因為上午要自己開車去機場,已沒有精力和酒店交涉,前台交了鑰匙就離開。認真寫了這麼多,是為了讓更多的人不要踩坑。
My sisters and I spent one night at the Perry lane hotel and had a fabulous time. The room was perfect and the hotel restaurant was excellent! I would highly recommend! The rooftop bar and pool area is a great place to relax any time of the day. They have a man who plays the piano in the library and he is wonderful.
The Alida was amazing, along with their crew. Saint Pats was well done by all. Clean, charming rooms and location with everything you need within 5 mins walking distance. We’ll done Alida.
