「My family & I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, where the experience began with a warm and heartfelt welcome. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful mosooi lei, a lovely touch that immediately set the tone for a luxurious and thoughtful stay. The customer service throughout my visit was impeccable—staff members were attentive and professional. A particularly nice touch was the personal service provided to our rooms, where I was delighted to receive a serving of traditional Samoa chips, showcasing the hotel’s commitment to offering local and unique experiences. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. With an impressive variety of fresh tropical fruits, local specialties, and made-to-order dishes, it truly offered something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the quality of the food was top-notch. While the food was delicious, it’s worth noting that it was on the pricier side, but given the high quality and the beautiful setting, it felt justified as an occasional treat While most of our stay was flawless, there were a few areas for improvement. We did notice some hair on the bathroom doors, and unfortunately, there was a blood stain on the sheet cover. It’s clear that the cleaning team usually maintains high standards, but these small details indicate that a bit more attention is needed in certain areas. Despite this, the overall experience was still highly enjoyable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and warm hospitality.」
