Being just a few steps from the West Bund Center is great and very convenient! **Service:** Very thoughtful, most staff actively greet guests when they see them! **Suggestion:** Optimize the food delivery service to rooms, for example, by getting robots. Because getting from your room down to the lobby isn't straightforward; it's not a direct route and requires separate movements. I suggest optimizing this!

I chose this hotel when my daughter and I went to the Oriental Sports Center for a concert. First, the transportation is very convenient; it's just a short walk from the Metro Line 7 exit. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete (it would have been even better if there was hand soap or hand sanitizer!). The ladies at the front desk were all very friendly and patiently answered our questions. If I go to Shanghai again, I will definitely choose to stay here!

The service really needs improvement. The first front desk attendant was very good, proactive with greetings and a smile. I need to specifically address the breakfast restaurant. As I was there for business, my experience was limited to breakfast. The restaurant staff didn't offer to bring cutlery to guests. I understand it's a buffet, but please, at least tell guests where to find the cutlery. Secondly, please remember to clear dirty plates. When I told a staff member, they told me to just put it on the service counter next to the clean tables. Throughout my visit, aside from the greeter at the entrance, all other restaurant staff had stern faces. No one was around to serve wontons, so I had to call for someone. The fried eggs were cold. In the evening, the cold dish area wasn't replenished. Please pay close attention to the restaurant's service and staff training. If things don't improve, Hyatt's reputation will really suffer! The elevator wait was incredibly slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room's hardware is good. However, please don't have the TV blast loud music the moment you enter; it's very annoying!!!!!!!!!! The balcony is a plus and quite nice! The surroundings are good, with many young people, and you can try all the riverside restaurants!

I booked this hotel for the Jay Chou concert. After considering a few options, I chose JI Hotel, which was about a ten-minute walk away. We had a wonderful stay at this JI Hotel (10 days). The staff were incredibly kind and very helpful, especially to foreigners like me who aren’t familiar with China’s apps. They patiently taught me how to use the apps and even showed me how to call a Didi taxi service. The room was impressively clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel run by an uncle from Shanghai to watch the event. I didn't have high expectations at first, but I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. It's much better than the so-called four-star hotel I stayed in near the Expo Park last time. First of all, it's very clean and quiet. It's not noisy at all when I sleep. There's even a sign at the front desk saying they can receive foreign guests. The whole hotel looks small but is very comfortable. This is the sophistication of old-school Shanghai. The uncle gave me two extra bottles of drinking water, which just solved the problem of only having drinks at the stadium. I'm very satisfied and will choose the uncle's store next time I watch a game.

I could faintly hear the TV, music, and even singing from the adjacent room, which was a minor distraction. Aside from that, everything else was fine. On a separate note, our room happened to overlook a construction site (a slight inconvenience). Thankfully, the windows were very well soundproofed; closing them completely blocked out the noise.

Upon check-out, our dedicated concierge, Caroline, thoughtfully inquired about our stay, showing genuine care. The overall service was top-notch and highly commendable. On another note, the lobby's fragrance was delightful, and the bathroom vanity in our room was exquisitely designed, offering ample counter space that made skincare and makeup routines incredibly convenient. The shower area was also a pleasant surprise, featuring a heated towel rack and a spacious layout. The hand soap and shower gel were excellent quality – a big plus for someone with mild潔癖. Overall, a perfect experience. The hotel's public areas resemble a museum or art gallery; the real-life ambiance far surpasses what's depicted online. The gym and pool are both well-designed, and when I visited the gym, the staff thoughtfully explained everything to me – excellent service once again. I didn't get a chance to experience everything, but I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. It's truly my favorite hotel in Qiantan, hands down.

It allowed me, a person with sleep disorders, to sleep well at night. I thought it would be noisy next to the road, but later I found that it was indeed very quiet when the windows were closed. There are few cars on this road. It is a very suitable place for living. It is comfortable. Their breakfast variety is a bit small. I stayed for two days and found that their vegetarian breakfast dishes did not change much. I hope they can improve it. Different dishes every day can satisfy us who have lived for many days. The hotel is located in Terminal 2. Looking at the map, it's very close to the runway. My child loves planes, so we specifically stayed one night hoping to photograph them. The runway view room was on the 7th floor, and you could see the runway, but it was about the same height as the waiting lounge in front, so the view wasn't great. I was a bit disappointed. In comparison, the view and floor level at Hongqiao are much better. The hotel is right downstairs from the T2 security checkpoint, which is very convenient if you're transiting or resting at T2. Another thing worth noting is that the check-in time for day rooms is after 5 PM, and check-out is at 9 AM. The front desk extended our check-out by two hours to 11 AM, which was a small consolation. As for the staff, besides a female attendant on the 7th-floor corner who greeted people when we first checked in, the staff on the 4th floor and subsequent staff on the 7th floor were quite cold. The hotel as a whole felt more like a budget hotel, which I personally don't care for.

The front desk was very considerate and helped with one-hour renewal for free. The service is very good and the voice is nice. The room is large and the large floor-to-ceiling windows provide good lighting. The scenery outside is also good. The surrounding area is very close to Wanda and is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. The room was also clean.

This is the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Shanghai. I ended up staying here for three consecutive nights. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and spend your days out exploring, I recommend the economical Business King Room. However, if you prefer spacious comfort and don't mind the price, the Deluxe King Room is a great choice, with a window view directly overlooking the pedestrian street. My flight was in the evening, and the front desk thoughtfully extended my check-out time until 2:00 PM. A special thanks to the lovely lady who helped me! When I accidentally cut my hand, she even found a bandage for me.

I chose this guesthouse for this trip, and it turned out to be the biggest surprise of the entire trip! I was immediately touched by the warm and inviting atmosphere upon entering. The host had thoughtfully placed a handwritten welcome card on the table – such attention to detail! The room was incredibly bright; afternoon sunlight streamed through the sheer curtains onto the wooden table. I nestled on the sofa, sipping the tea the host provided, feeling like a local friend. The nights were exceptionally quiet, the mattress was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly until morning. The next day, following the host's directions, I didn't need a taxi and was only 10 minutes from the meeting venue. Such considerate service made even solo travel feel warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!
