Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team. From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness. We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus. The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

The location is actually quite good, with an open and spacious view. South wing rooms offer views of both sunrise and sunset. Although the hotel's soundproofing isn't great, the environment is definitely less cramped and stressful compared to the dense city center. The rooms are quite large. The water filtration might be insufficient, so I'd recommend bringing your own filter. Be careful with the showerhead as it can get very hot, so you need to patiently look for a non-smoking room; otherwise, the smell can be unbearable. The so-called upgrade to L'Occitane amenities is completely unnecessary; Grand Lisboa Palace's amenities are much cleaner than L'Occitane. The shopping mall at Grand Lisboa Palace is great for browsing, with good sunlight and ventilation, and no strange odors. It's also very close to Grand Lisboa, and you can walk to the food court and New Yaohan. I'd recommend booking this hotel if the price is under MOP 800, and there's no need to upgrade to L'Occitane – L'Occitane is even dirtier 😂

Guests staying at Line can also check in at the Grand Lisboa Palace lobby. When you check in, you'll receive a skip-the-line pass for the Wynn Palace cable car, which you definitely should get! If the front desk forgets to give it to you, ask for it. The cable car line is usually very long, so having the pass makes things much easier. Plus, there's a shuttle bus from Grand Lisboa Palace to Wynn Palace. The room cards are also Line-themed, and you can even keep one as a souvenir! In fact, when I checked out, the front desk proactively asked if I wanted to keep it. The hotel is quite thoughtful. From the lobby to the hallways and even in the rooms, everything from the tiles, wall hangings, lamps, floor mats, and amenities all feature Line elements! There's also a large balcony where you can take plenty of photos. You can take home the disposable amenities, but other items like cups are not allowed to be taken.

I'd been planning to visit Macau to see The House of Dancing Water after the autumn chill sets in, and while searching for a hotel, I stumbled upon The Parisian Macao. The location was great, and the price was reasonable. Although there weren't many reviews, I was still willing to try it. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy. The room rate included pick-up service, and the driver was already waiting at the pre-arranged time. The car took me directly to the hotel entrance, and after about an hour, I could check in. Luckily, the hotel upgraded me to a twin room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I went to have lunch first, and then received a notification to check in around 3 PM. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. This hotel is located at the southernmost tip of The Parisian Macao, making it relatively quiet and avoiding the crowds of The Venetian and The Parisian Macao. It's secluded, but it has its own convenient transportation, making it highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Macau.

This was my first stay at Hotel Indigo, and it was truly excellent. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and the whole room was controlled by smart home technology. Looking out the window, all you could see was lush greenery, with a distant view of the University of Macau… The room was replenished daily with snacks and fruit, and the blueberries were especially delicious. They even thoughtfully prepared amenities for children. Downstairs, there's a Don Quijote and plenty of dining options, so you'll never have to worry about food and drinks during your stay. Kids can get a passport stamped and exchange coins to play games; we were lucky enough to win a Strawberry Bear this time! The water park was decent, but it's been raining a lot in Macau lately, so it was a bit chilly. The indoor pool is free and the facilities are great. The hotel is right above Lotus Station on the metro, making it very convenient to get to Rua do Cunha and Seac Pai Van Park. The kids absolutely loved the driverless metro and rode it back and forth many times.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort! It is 2 blocks away from the main strip and a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, I got food poisoning on the first night and the staff did a great job of assisting me with getting health care. The mall attached to the hotel is very convenient and has alot of facilities. I would say be careful of some of the restaurants I believe I got food poisoning from one in the mall. Also, if you are travelling from the HZMB (Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge) the hotel next door Grand Lisboa has free shuttles and very near the Lisboeta. Overall, it was worth the price and I would stay there again just wary of the food.

Even though I'd seen pictures beforehand, I was still pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The service was thoughtful, and we received a welcome fruit platter. The garden view was beautiful. The day before check-in, the hotel butler proactively reached out via WeChat to understand our room preferences and personal needs. Knowing it was my birthday during the stay, the hotel surprised us by decorating the room and even providing a birthday cake! An unexpected surprise on our check-out day was a small birthday celebration arranged by the staff at Huating during breakfast, which touched my wife and me deeply! A special thank you to Alva, Alan Pu, and Mavis! We will definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on our next visit!

My experience at the Conrad Macao was absolutely perfect, truly deserving of its reputation as the 'benchmark for luxury accommodation in Cotai'. The location is an absolute winner. Situated at the heart of The Londoner Macao resort, it not only offers complimentary shuttle buses directly from the airport and ferry terminal but also provides direct access to hotels like The Venetian and Sheraton, as well as large shopping malls. The Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower is right outside, making it a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and shopping. You can check off multiple popular attractions within a few minutes' walk. The service truly embodies 'attentiveness' in every detail. From the concierge who enthusiastically helped with luggage and explained travel guides, to the receptionist who proactively upgraded our room and personally escorted us to explain the facilities, and even staff members who remembered our needs to help book ferry tickets or arrange wheelchair rentals – every interaction made us feel incredibly welcome. If you mention it's an anniversary or birthday in advance, you'll even receive a surprise cake, and children get their own exclusive teddy bear, showcasing incredible attention to detail. The room itself was a constant source of delight. The spacious and bright area, coupled with floor-to-ceiling windows, offered unobstructed views of either the Eiffel Tower or the city, which were particularly stunning when the lights came on at night. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the spacious bathroom featured a bathtub with a full set of stylish BYREDO toiletries. The daily replenishment of capsule coffee and mineral water also showed genuine thoughtfulness. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless and pleasant. Half of the sweet memories from this Macau trip came from the Conrad, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon, our family of three spent time at Yuyuan. It has luxurious facilities and considerate service. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel suites are as warm as home. The two beautiful butlers, Xiao Guo and Xiao Lin, are meticulous in everything from airport pick-up to daily service. Considering the anti-slip problem for an 80-year-old man to take a bath, he specially purchased plastic slippers, truly achieving butler service. . There is a wide variety of room supplies, from daily use to snacks, and the hotel staff is very friendly and responsive! Excellent Macau hotel, stay here again next time!

The room is quite spacious, though a bit dated. The jacuzzi was fantastic, and the front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded me to a deluxe room. It's clean, tidy, and the location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The bathroom sink is a bit small, and there's no counter space next to it, so nowhere to put a toiletry bag. The doorstop behind the bathroom door is a bit dangerous and easy to trip on. The toilet paper holder is poorly placed, not within easy reach. I hope these small details can be improved.

One of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

It was overall a good experience. The hotel style and atmosphere is great. There is a good combination of historic charm and modern convenience. The bathtub was excellent!!!!! Really outstanding. The service was good and the breakfast was nice. The only issue I had (and this might be unique to my personal experience) is that the restaurant closes early and there is not many other food options in the area. There isn’t even a close convenience store or anything like that. Due to traffic at the border I arrived right after the kitchen closed and then had to try and order takeaway which was a big hassle. Anyways~ overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

If you're looking to avoid casino hotels and unreliable guesthouses, this place comes highly recommended. This hotel has hosted the country's top leaders twice, so its quality and reputation speak for themselves (it's an especially amazing experience if you're traveling with family elders who appreciate historical significance). It's located in Macau's top luxury residential area, offering a quiet environment with excellent views of the Macau Tower. The Liaison Office of the Central People's Government is right nearby, and behind it, up the hill, are some interesting churches. There are also many historical sites in the vicinity, perfect for a city walk. The only downsides are that it's a bit out of the way (wealthy areas tend to be less central) and not as convenient as hotels with casinos. While there's no direct hotel shuttle, public buses are available. If you come by metro, be prepared for a rather steep uphill walk.

The bathroom needs an upgrade, the bath tub is a bit shallow, the shower only in one place, no hose, no bidet. They got a TV, fridge, built in hair dryer but no iron for clothes The view is great from our window only if the windows were clean. Communication and service needs to be improved. We earlier communicated an early check in as we were traveling from Tokyo to Hongkong then to Macau, so we were so tired and wanted to freshen up and rest before exploring. However, they were strict with the 2pm check in but they stored our luggage while we dragged our sleepy and tired bodies in the hot and humid tourist spots. The security guards on both shifts were friendly and accommodating. The receptionists need to improve their tone when speaking and should be familiar with all the services offered by the hotel(dining options for example). Pillows were not great and gave me back and neck aches. The cleaners were great,housekeeping done daily and fresh towels and toiletries were supplied throughout the 3 night stay. It is still a bit of a walk from all the bus stops servicing major tourist spots. There is a free shuttle service to the outer harbor, not sure if they also take you to the airport.

This is my first time writing a review for any hotel as I was completely amazed by the service from Andaz Macau! 🫶🏻 As our stay coincided with my exact birthday, Yolanda 小魚 and Jonathan were very kind and gave us a free upgrade to a suite. They even prepared a handwritten card, fresh fruit, cake, pastries and a bottle of wine for the night! It was really a great surprise and I have never felt this taken care of in any hotels I had stayed in before 🥰 I went back to thank Yolanda 小魚 the next day and she emphasised how important it is for us to have an enjoyable experience during our stay! She even prepared a plushie as she knew that we were there for the table tennis match located just below the hotel 🥺 All I want to say is a big thank you to Yolanda 小魚 and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

Luckily, the hotel upgraded me to a twin room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I went to have lunch first, and then received a notification to check in around 3 PM. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. This hotel is located at the southernmost tip of The Parisian Macao, making it relatively quiet and avoiding the crowds of The Venetian and The Parisian Macao. It's secluded, but it has its own convenient transportation, making it highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Macau.

Guests staying at Line can also check in at the Grand Lisboa Palace lobby. When you check in, you'll receive a skip-the-line pass for the Wynn Palace cable car, which you definitely should get! If the front desk forgets to give it to you, ask for it. The cable car line is usually very long, so having the pass makes things much easier. Plus, there's a shuttle bus from Grand Lisboa Palace to Wynn Palace. The room cards are also Line-themed, and you can even keep one as a souvenir! In fact, when I checked out, the front desk proactively asked if I wanted to keep it. The hotel is quite thoughtful. From the lobby to the hallways and even in the rooms, everything from the tiles, wall hangings, lamps, floor mats, and amenities all feature Line elements! There's also a large balcony where you can take plenty of photos. You can take home the disposable amenities, but other items like cups are not allowed to be taken.

The location is absolutely fantastic. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the Shiliupu bus stop, and if you take the bus to the 'Xin Ma Lu' (New Road) stop, it's just a 3-5 minute stroll. This place has two other branches nearby, but this one is the largest, has the newest rooms, and boasts a bigger facade with a small leisure plaza out front. For check-in, they require your travel permit and customs slip. Communication in Mandarin was seamless. The room was listed as 10 sq m on the booking, but it felt much larger in reality, and the ceiling height was good too. It definitely felt significantly more spacious and better than a 10 sq m room in Hong Kong. Complimentary bottled water was provided, along with disposable bath towels, and the toiletries were quite good. It's close to the Ruins of St. Paul's; we went at 9 AM the next day for photos and there weren't many people around, haha. The Koi Kei Bakery egg tarts are super delicious!

It's a ten-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, with plenty of unique snacks along the way, perfect for tourists looking to experience local culture (******* Casino**). The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the room was very unique with comfortable bedding. The appliances in the room were stylish and perfectly complemented the Republican-era decor. The hairdryer was particularly good. The disposable toiletries were made of wood, which gave them a nice feel. Free minibar (once per stay): The minibar was well-stocked, and both red wine and beer were complimentary. Since I'm breastfeeding, I couldn't drink them, so I brought them home to enjoy in a few months. They look quite unique, but I haven't tasted them yet. We received drink vouchers for the rooftop terrace. After a long day of walking around the city, it was incredibly relaxing to sit up there in the evening, have a drink, and chat with family and friends. My family said they'd definitely stay here again next time we visit. The only minor drawback is the lack of a restroom and a nursing room in the lobby. After checking out, I wanted to change my baby, but I had to lay down a mat on the lobby sofa to do so. A hotel of this caliber could definitely improve the customer experience in this regard.

Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team. From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness. We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus. The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

The location is great! Just 200-300 meters away from San Malo. Fast check in, the service was quite fine, the receptionists were trying to be helpful. This was my first time encountering a situation where, despite booking half a month in advance, the hotel claimed they hadn't received our reservation. We, a group of six including an 80-year-old and children, had to wait for a long time. Eventually, we called Trip.com ourselves, and they confirmed that the rooms had indeed been reserved. If they hadn't received the order, how could the rooms have been held? Secondly, the hotel rooms had a strong, lingering smell similar to smoke, even detectable in the hallways. When I asked the front desk staff, they said guests are informed about fines for smoking in rooms, but once the door is closed, there's nothing more they can do. This really shows a lack of hotel management. I thought the smell would dissipate, but it was completely pervasive. Thirdly, we were given vouchers for free egg tarts, but weren't informed they were only valid for that day. I'm curious why they weren't valid for the entire duration of our stay? Fourth, I booked the rooms half a month in advance, yet on the day of check-in, the price for a single room was 600 RMB cheaper than what I paid. For two rooms over two days, that's a difference of 2400 RMB. Booking early during the National Day holiday meant I got fleeced. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 'gambling city' – even the room prices are like a gamble. Aside from these issues, the service attitude was decent, and the rooms were quite spacious.

I had originally booked a twin room, but upon check-in, the friendly front desk staff upgraded me to a king-sized room. The room was spacious, fully carpeted, and the water pressure was excellent. As I prefer not to have my room cleaned during my stay, the housekeeping staff even left a thoughtful note saying I could call if I needed anything. The room was also equipped with mainland Chinese outlets, so I didn't need to bring an extra adapter, and there was a USB power strip conveniently located by the bed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I've already highly recommended it to my girlfriends!

The room was new and quite spacious, with a bay window perfect for placing belongings. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to Grand Lisboa, and there are many bus stops nearby. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the Border Gate and The Venetian, which is a huge plus! No need to scramble for seats on public transport – you get your own seat, though the waiting time can be a bit long. I paid $65 USD for one night at this hotel, and honestly, it shouldn’t cost more than $20. I chose it because it was the cheapest option I could find in Macau, but it was a letdown. If you’re staying for more than one night, I strongly recommend spending a bit more for a better hotel. The place is extremely outdated, and the room had a noticeable cigarette smell. There are ventilation openings near the ceiling that let in both noise and conversations from outside, so I kept waking up throughout the night. On the positive side, the bed and sheets were perfectly clean and odor-free, which was a relief. Communication was a challenge – the staff don’t speak any English at all, so you’ll need a translator app to get by. Overall, it’s a bare-minimum option that didn’t live up to the price.
