住的是新裝修的房間，很不錯。就是浴缸比較滑，洗澡時要小心滑倒。酒店的地理位置不錯，打車和Bus都方便。

Hidden gem in Central. 10 mins walk to the US Consulate. Warm reception (short haired lady with glasses). Room is well equipped and clean.

Get a free upgrade to a better room. Everything is satisfactory.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel even upgraded us to a room with a stunning view of the Botanical Garden, what a lovely surprise! The location is great too, just about a 15-minute walk to the central area. The only thing to note is that the hotel is a bit uphill, so if you have heavy luggage, it’s better to take a taxi. Overall, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The front desk makes a great first impression — it almost feels like you’re stepping into a much higher-end hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t quite live up to that promise. The carpet is old, dirty, and unpleasant, and there’s a noticeable amount of dust throughout the room. The hairdryer is extremely weak, and the bathroom faucet is poorly installed, so water splashes everywhere very easily. On top of that, they don’t provide even a bottle of complimentary water — you have to pay for it (at least they let you know upfront). Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but the details made it less comfortable than it should have been.
