We had a memorable experience at Mas de Chastelas. From the moment we entered the grounds, the excellent and impeccable service was apparent. The Hotel's 5 star appointment is apparent throughout. It is impeccably clean, staff is excellent, courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was great! I have nothing but superlatives for this amazing and beautiful hotel! All staff members we encountered were amazing and clearly well trained. Highly recommend this beautiful Hotel!

Arriving at the gates, then the warmest of welcomes by Sophie & Lauren was, once again, like coming home. Such a beautiful place. Staff can’t do enough, the whole team, led by Valentine, are like friends who want the best for you. It’s a sanctuary so close to the glitz and buzz of the port set within its own park. Ted our beloved Black Lab loves this place as much as we do and he’s adored by all. So relaxed, so natural, so good. The best….and we can’t wait to return.

Look no further for accomodation in St Tropez. Mas de Chastelas is the best of the best. Understated luxury at every turn and gentile staff who go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing but the best. From the poolside bliss to french chic rooms and gorgeously manicured ivy running down the side of the building, it doesn't get much better than this. A perfect paradise to call home just minutes away from the best beaches and restaurants of St Tropez. Run don't walk to stay here!!

Amazing!! This was our first time in south of France and we came across this hotel. Everything was perfect from the hotel itself to the staff. Very relaxing and friendly environment, all of the staff was attentive and they also drove us to any location we wanted. Beautiful getaway in the busy town of st tropez. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Siamo stati 4 notti in questo hotel 5 stelle ( 4 sono sufficienti) alle porte di Saint Tropez. Appena arrivati ci é stata attribuita una camera che puzzava di muffa. Essa era visibile tutt' attorno ai canali di aereazione. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio ma tutte le camere in questo edificio presentavano gli stessi problemi.Dopo aver prospettato di andarcene ci é stata assegnata una sistemazione in un altro stabile. Comunque, muffa a parte, le camere sono senza un particolare charme. L' hotel nelle sue zone esterne, al contrario, é molto carino. Giardino e bordo piscina sono notevoli.Peccato solo per le zanzare. Abbiamo approfittato per tre giorni dell' efficiente servizio di navetta per gli stabilimenti balneari di Saint Tropez ( Moorea e Byblos consigliatissimi ). Colazione discreta e personale distaccato e senza l' amore e l' entusiasmo che uno si aspetta in un posto come questo.
