Honestly, I had the 2nd worst of lodging experience in my over 30 years of hotel accommodations in Nigeria. Compared to international experience, it's also second to one hotel in Ghana (owned by some Lebanese) where the entire building at night was cigarette smoke filled that I had to find another hotel at night and park out. The room(302) I was booked in was smelling to a point my tommy got cramps, and it took me attempting to check out that night of 29/08/2023 before the Night shift manager intervened. Several complains made to the receptionist for a change (after the house keep staff tried everything to solve the challenge failed) was not successful. In the morning I got a shock at the restaurant when the only breakfast provided was Rice and Beans with oat, even when I insisted on getting a toasted bread, fresh bread was provided. The most shocking thing came this morning when the receptionist woke me up with a call at 7am only to apologize for waking me up this early and when I asked why, she said I was woken to provide my departure time for her to prepare my bill. You know what, the bill is not my responsibility to pay but GIZ who invited me for a seminar. The service of this hotel is horrible. I was told at the Seminar that my other colleagues got worst treatment as they were kept at the lobby for hours on arrival only to be told that there was no room for them at the hotel, subsequently they were shipped to another low class apartment at Garki. The organizers(GIZ MOVE/CARI) had to seriously apologize to attendees at the seminar and promised that the managers of the hotel will also physically come to the venue to apologize(that never happened). That's my honest review and I am ready to give more bad experiences at the hotel.

Very hospitable and comfortable rooms. Nice bar and barbecue spot. Fluffy pillows. Friendly and warm staff. The pool bar is great and the weekend music is exhilarating. Loved every minute spent! Shout out to Patrick and Ayo jolly good executive and fellas
