Big shout out to the restaurant team and the amazing F&B Manager Hilary. We had the most amazing experience dining in this hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, attentive waiting staff, serving staff and indeed the chefs who are by the buffet. It was a unique experience for me to have the chefs behind the buffet, my daughter who had many food allergies had an awesome experience as she could talk to those whip prepared the food could explain to her what was in the food. The choice of food on the buffet was fantastic. Live entertainment was a bonus. After a long tiring day doing all the touristy stuff in the area to come to a pleasant place and enjoy a true Sri Lankan hospitality lead by a well experienced F&B manager Hilary and his team. I was observing throughout the evening, Hilary met all the guests dining in by talking to each of them, greeting them and also talking care of his own serving team. He in fact was quick to clean up tables to ensure guests had an awesome experience. Thank you Hilary and team for an amazing experience.

We stayed this location for 3 day's recently...Hv a good experience in all sectors.. especially room, ambience, location. I highly recommend this to stay in Kandy....

Hotel property needs maintainence, although rated as 4star it doesn't feel like it at all..................... ...... ...
