it looks clean, has a table and 2 chair in the room, but only 2 sets of towel for 4-ppl room, but you can ask for more towels if you needed, there is fridge with freezer compartment, the fan in the toilet is noisy, they provided light breakfast only when we went there in Aug 2022, not sure if it has improved in 2023

stayed there 4/24/2023-4/28/2023 first morning was told no breakfast because they were new owners even though i looked it up online and it still said free breakfast. came back from day out to find room had not been cleaned or beds made. asked about it on the second day and was told that the rooms would be cleaned on Friday. that would be four days without clean sheets or any cleaning at all. ice machine was broken, had to ask for towels twice. upon cheecking out found the bill was jacked up by at least 150 dollars. would not stay there again on a bet. could have stayed at much nicer hotel for less
