For the price of this hotel you would think think that you would have a nice room comfy bed this room was disgusting you would have a better stay at the local dumpster behind McDonalds' the carpets are stained (I kept my shoes on at all times) the furniture looked like it came out of the 60's there was large stains on the chairs, the WIFI was never worked till 5 in morning. the only good thing about this hotel is the bed was comfortable, and that comment came from another customer i was talking to at check out, as we stood around waiting for the person at the front desk, the breakfast was late as the front desk person was also in care of the breakfast she work hard but needed help looking for another place check out the Wyndham hotel in Hurricane just miles up the road!!

We have stayed at this property many times in the past and loved it, but we will never return. The hotel and pool were so run down we could hardly believe it. The pool was discussing and had so much scum along the edges none of us dared to get in. (not to mention the noted electrical safety concerns with the pool!) The pool towels and room towels were stained and so gross they looked like cleaning rags. The smells in the hall ways were less than appealing and the AC in the room sounded like we had a blender going all night long.... I could go on and on, but I'll stop. We stayed one night and promptly checked out the next morning and found a new place to stay. Sad to see this property has taken such a dive. We will never return.

Shaunna and Tina will help in any way. Always a smile and great attitude, I stay there because those girls work their butts off and still have a smile day and night. Great view, quiet, nice pool, all around great place to stay.

Ver nice place to stay bed comfortable rooms clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the comfort of the rooms. We will come back to stay here.

We found this hotel to have a great pool along with quite a few poolside rooms nestled in a quite courtyard. This hotel has a nice place to eat as well. I wouldn't hesitate in telling you this is the place to park your family for a few days at a reasonable rate. After a long day of hiking or sightseeing their 8 foot deep pool awaits you. No bar on the premises was the only draw back but a quick trip to the store remedied that issue.
