Whereas not bad, we found the stay unfortunately very average. Clean rooms, but overall basic. Not sufficient toilet paper on day 2. The worst for me was that the windows in the bathroom are too old to be closed and I found the bathroom absolutely freezing cold. Rooms were clean, kitchen amenities good. Parking space is small and limited. We didn't have breakfast. Wouldn't go back.

The property is really lovely. My wife and I really were made to feel extremely welcome from the beginning until the end of our stay. The house and facilties are really superb and the rooms and facilities were more than comfortable.The staff were always willing and abke to please with any and all requests, adding a further ease to our stay. The location is great, very close to all amenities

Pleasant accommodation. A few changes or improvements on the electrical connections would be recommended.

Pleasant guest house, comfortable bed, great views, friendly staff. Nice, quiet part of Somerset West.
