Disappointed that there was no breakfast on offer (as advertised). The hotel was fine - clean and with air conditioning. The room was a little shabby and only had an internal window so no natural daylight but the beds were comfy. On our second night a man came into our room looking for someone, which was very disconcerting.

This is another typical budget hotel the likes of which can be found all over Asia and the Old Quarter. I stayed here two nights and chose it primarily because I wanted a balcony. Made a reservation on booking. com and paid 750,000 VND per night. Unfortunately this hotel is dated, poorly maintained and grotty. The room wasn't ready for a 14:00 check-in and I had to wait 20+ minutes for house keeping to finish making up the room which wasn't particularly clean. Had some issues with the air-conditioning but they were resolved. The hot water did not work. The television did not work. The towles had holes in them. I would not stay here again.
