This is a brand-new hotel, so was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included, but it is not a hot breakfast. Basically bagels, yogurt, and Danish. Enough to satisfy you. Staff was very friendly. Location of hotel was good for getting around the outer area of Lancaster as well as the city of Lancaster.

Room #307 has roach infestation. I had to request at 1:30am a new room. Woman at the desk was awful to my dilemma and acted as if I was bothering her. No concern to my inconvenience, nor that the room had many roaches in it...just wanted to let me know they ONLY had a king room left for me and my daughter to change our room to. The next day I asked for the Manager and was told take a business card because no Manager was there. The man at the desk the next day did have more concern and empathy for our situation and said he'd send maintenance to the room but I told him it's infestation -- a professional exterminator is needed! I will never stay here again and this is awful accommodations and customer service for a Hilton.

Fab economy Hilton near highway. Renovated this past summer. Awesome ckn in with MS.TONI & follow up...She's the best with her customers serv. Skills. Personable and professional. Garfield was awesome as well. Both were outstanding. LG room and welcome sign w my name on TV screen in room...plenty room..clean..clean and quiet..ice machine nearby & ekevator..luggage carts if needed. Adequate bfast items for free ..new modern furnishings sleek...good pkg out frt. Close to restaurants..outlets..visitor ctr. Walmart $ general and Amish road to sites. Would stay again..1st we had heard of Spark..very pleased.

This hotel just opened a couple of months ago in Lancaster. We like the Hilton brand so we decided to stay. It was a decent hotel. The lobby and the breakfast area were well kept and modern in decor. The decor was fresh and new. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was decent. A few dings here and there on some of the furniture and the door of the bathroom scraped on the floor and the tub had chipped white paint in spots but other than that everything else was good. The room carries a mini fridge. No microwave. Plenty of towels, washcloths and hand towels. The breakfast offered is bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, and cereal in prepackaged cups with milk. And there’s orange juice and water and lemonade, and apples and bananas. Thats about it. It was sparse, but that is probably the culture for The Spark model, so we understand. The digital key system worked well and the check-in and check out you can do from the app and not have to bother with the front desk for anything. Unless you need extra towels or toilet paper. Everything else was good. We also selected the room we wanted in the app which we got so that was perfect. The parking lot was great. We found a spot every day. Outside the parking lot there’s a piece of property all fenced in and rundown and under construction. We don’t know what was going on there but you had to drive through that area to get to the hotel if you were coming from a certain direction. We would actually stay at this hotel again when in the area.

We stayed here on a last minute trip to Lancaster….great location for all of the local attractions. A very big shout-out to Garfield, the front desk employee who always had a smile and answered all of our questions. The rooms were SPOTLESS and very large….this is not a full service HILTON…..but it felt like one with the beautiful decor and extra large rooms. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
