房間不大，感覺不值2000一晚的價格，不過現在是旺季，酒店都貴。 浴缸一開始下水口還是壞的，等了半個多小時才修好。 洗漱用品衹有卸粧棉和牙刷，毛巾居然衹有兩條中號的，都沒有大浴巾，有點離譜。 早餐還行吧，西式+印度+阿拉伯式早餐

I booked this hotel because of unusual room plan - a buthtub next to a see-through walls etc. the room design is nice, shampoo, shower gel are of a good quality with a nice smell.But the size of the rooms is small. The good thing about this hotel is a party ambience - there is a new event every day - pool parties, afro beats parties in the night club on the first floor. A number of bars and clubs right in the hotel building. Guests are coming to parties from outside of the hotel. Cons - too crowded in the reception area, you have to search for a concierge outdoors, stay in the line at the reception etc. So the reception area service is not premium-level at all. Parking: only valet parking , you have to stay in the line for 10-20 min. Gym is in the -1 floor, quite big and busy, with good equipment, but already worn out - looks like the equipment is not maintained very well. Sauna, steam room in the gym changing room - the only calm corner in the whole hotel.

還不錯，可以看的很遠，還是很漂亮，環境還不錯，早餐也很豐富，設施還不錯，也很方便，很多年輕人入住，樓下有一個baw

Check in time 3 pm but we can’t find room on time we get room around 4 pm and reception not helping only can wait for everything is ok fine only time we not happy and like hotel don’t care about this

I had a peaceful stay at Five JVC Dubai, contrary to claims that it's noisy. I made sure to request a quiet room, and the staff accommodated my preference well. While there were minor sounds from guests at the pool, it was nothing disruptive, and I didn’t hear any noise from the bar downstairs. The rooms are spacious, with a fully stocked minibar, though it lacks the complimentary welcome amenities that some hotels provide. A special mention to Sunil and Uwais, the housekeepers who did a great job preparing my bed and keeping everything spotless. A couple of downsides: the internet is terrible, and the TV doesn’t function well, which was frustrating. However, the bathtub is a standout feature in the room. I loved soaking at it! Breakfast at Trattoria by Cinque was also a great experience. Sitting outside was a nice touch, and the Filipino waiter was incredibly hospitable and warm. One of the best things about this hotel is the ReFive Spa. I opted for the Clear & Healing treatment, and it was absolutely wonderful just highly recommended! Overall, I’d return and bring friends along. With some improvements in internet and TV service, this place could be even better.

Infested with ants. We got in late and went straight to bed, only found out the next morning when I found one on my leg. Shower doesn’t work, have to use one hand to hold the button for it to work and another to wash yourself.

Too much construction around the hotel which causes everything in the room and outside to be filthy. Poor cleaning made the experience worse. The staff in reception offered a solution that would cost additional 400 usd with no compensation - what a joke - NEVER FIVE again for me.

It's a lively hotel with parties and late night events and good fusion food on pool level - very modern n chic - definately recommended to party as in couples and with friends

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Very affordable and great location. Place is amazing 🤩 , loved it !
