「酒店鬧中取靜，適合旅途休息，設施乾淨完善，窗户可以打開一部分，空調聲音很輕，房間有茶包、餅乾、咖啡、巧克力飲料可選。衞生間還有拖鞋，窗景美麗。餐飲可口，早餐選擇較多，居然有白煮蛋，還有蘇格蘭特色的美食。晚餐供應也很豐富，上飛機前還特意在酒店吃了晚餐。有問題前台也會積極溝通解決，住得很滿意，如果再來愛丁堡還會住。」

「我絕對會推薦這個地方，因為它物有所值。 該位置距離市中心稍遠，但您可以從公主街乘坐直達巴士到達酒店。公車時刻表有時會有點不確定，但我可以接受價格。 房間大小合適，很乾淨。接待人員很友善。 唯一的問題是，由於設定被鎖定，我無法調節房間裡的暖氣。晚上我覺得很冷，但卻無能為力。」

「非常好，服務很熱情，晚上到的酒店，帥帥的小哥前台還給我們升級了房間，超級大帶客廳，洗手枱都有兩個，環境也很乾凈整潔，離愛丁堡火車站特別近，酒店後門出來就能看到火車站的入口，若下次還有機會來愛丁堡依然選擇這家酒店」

「一開始住的是大牀房，房間在負一樓而且比較小，第二天換了套房，自帶花園且非常舒適。有個小問題就是wifi信號比較一般有時會斷，不過如果不打遊戲是足夠用的。前台很熱心，感謝。」

「Really lovely location in the heart of Edinburgh’s west end…. Great bed and bathroom with excellent amenities. Only improvement for me would be less extreme wall art - I found the huge photograph of a man on the wall of the living room space rather intimidating and odd, and some of the other modern art pieces were not to taste either, so if returning is request a different room. Staff were absolutely lovely and the breakfast croissant at Huxley next door was perfect.」
