酒店服務有禮，接待很棒，環境安靜

房間寬敞，裝修較新，衛生狀況良好，層高舒服，床鋪包括床上用品不錯。整體酒店環境優雅，傳統早餐種類不多但很精緻。除了停車距離稍微遠以外沒什麼毛病。下次來還會入住。

地理位置優越，交通便利，早餐品種繁多

位置很方便，就在grand central商場和火車站旁，旁邊就是麥當勞。酒店沒樽裝水提供，但走三分鐘有tesco 。雖然白天夜晚都有露宿者，但酒店夜晚要拍卡才可內進，感覺安全。裝修很新淨，這個價錢沒有任何地方可挑剔！ 朋友住同品牌但在河邊那間，她說沒冷氣，要開窗，會聽到車聲，我這間有冷氣，雖然對著鐵路，但沒有嘈音

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

Excellent polite staff. Great stay and myself and the boys loved it.

Location was handy for New Street station but the hotel was very down at heel and I felt uncomfortable there. The fire alarm went off at 1.50am. Thankfully it was a false alarm but it was annoying to have my sleep disturbed.
