在山上設置了大約20分鐘步行到鎮上(肯定會得到人力車回來)。直到第二天早上(第一天早上沒有提供雞蛋)我們才意識到我們可以點雞蛋作爲早餐。早餐時的蛋糕很好吃。 浴室在抵達時沒有打掃乾淨,茶/咖啡區上面的牆上有濺板痕跡。我們還在下午晚些時候回到我們的房間,發現在我們的陽台上進行維護 - 確實覺得退房後可以做到這一點! 很棒的淋浴。 我們在餐廳吃了一晚,食物很好。泰米爾納德邦的高稅收增加了價格(幾乎25%),所以記住這一點。雞尾酒很好。 我們做了早上的“徒步旅行”,這是值得起牀的。  第二天晚上,我們帶了一個熱水瓶,這是一個可愛的驚喜。  茶和餅乾在5和5.30pm之間供應,這是一個很好的接觸,雖然早餐蛋糕會更多。 推薦住在這裏,因爲房間,位置和餐廳都很棒。

我們是一羣4個小夥子。住在四人間。挺乾淨的。客房服務小夥有禮貌,樂於助人... 裏面沒有對講機,也沒有椅子可以坐。但是我們在房間外面設置了一個地方。 什麼都要給前台打電話。好停車,有空地玩。好還行。不錯。前台接待小夥有點脾氣暴躁。 除了那個不錯的寒氣的地方!!!

Overall, everything was good except for one issue. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000). What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through Trip.com twice, but both were rejected. le the stay itself was satisfactory, the lack of flexibility and customer support in handling an emergency situation left a very negative impression.
