Non sono stata ospite di questa struttura e non lo sarò mai. Prenotato tramite booking con cancellazione gratuita e pagamento in struttura. Dopo due giorni mi vedo addebitato l'intero importo sul mio conto direttamente dalla struttura. Chiamo il servizio clienti booking che cerca di contattare la struttura ma non ricevono risposta. Il viaggio è saltato e dei miei soldi ancora non c'è traccia.

Tutto bellissimo, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un grazie particolare ad Hamza che ci ha seguiti e accompagnati per tutto il soggiorno! La struttura è davvero graziosa e tipica del posto, i colori sono spumeggianti e il quartiere è tranquillo! Si è proprio vicinissimi al centro, e noi ci siamo andati sia di giorno che di sera senza mai aver avuto alcun tipo di problema. Se invece si va dall’altra parte della strada (quando si esce dal vicolo a destra) e si percorrono 150m, si potrebbe avere un po’ più di “paura” legata al fatto che sia una zona commerciale solo loro (anche se abbiamo visto altri turisti) e data la vicinanza alle concerie; noi abbiamo fatto delle gite prenotate da casa e siamo SEMPRE passati senza problemi, sia di sera sia di mattina… Se ci si fa gli affari propri e si è convinti della strada (non fatevi vedere perplessi) si può andare davvero ovunque! Comunque il personale del Riad vi metterà in guardia e vi consiglierà tutte le strategie da adottare per godervi un piacevole soggiorno a Marrakech!

The rooms are extremely cosy and the bathing and toilet area are, shall we say, intimate. If you are a new couple or friends this is not for you. Watching each other in the shower and on the toilet is not something many people would like. The electrics leave a lot to be desired with a lamp shorting and blowing the plug off the wire. The breakfast was not as good as we had experience during the rest of the trip. The service was extremely poor.

Merci à tout le personnel du riad pour leur accueil, leurs sourires et tous leurs conseils qui nous a permis de passer un séjour rempli de souvenirs. L'endroit est calme, apaisant. L'odeur de fleur d'oranger sublime. Nous revenons heureux de ce séjour. MERCI.

Un lieu calme au cœur de la vieille ville de Marrakesh. Les personnel était au petit soin, agréable, souriant et nous a donner de bons conseils. Le lieu est propre et les petits déjeuners très bien. Je vous recommande vivement cette établissement!! Merci et à bientôt

美好的經歷！ Riad 氣候舒適，乾淨整潔，散發著醉人的香味。工作人員非常友善並且隨時可以解決任何問題。我帶著我 13 歲和 16 歲的兩個女兒，她們也玩得很開心！我和 Raja 和他的母親 Chica 在水療中心做了一次按摩……太棒了！我們吃了兩個晚上的晚餐，食物很棒，儘管我很脆弱，但我從未感到胃部不適！感謝工作人員！！

We had the most wonderful stay here in August. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are so helpful. They really are all a credit to the owners. As you arrive you go through some dark alleys but then you go through a little door opening up to the most beautiful peaceful Oasis. Its perfect! It is kept impeccably clean at all times. They serve fabulous breakfasts with the best coffee we had in Marrakech. Great location as its so close to the centre but not too close that you cant appreciate some calm and quiet which is welcome after the chaotic Souks and Jemaa-el-Fnaa. We used to get a tuk tuk back at night which took about 7-10 mins. Thank you again to the warm and friendly staff for their 5* service.

We would like to compliment this lovely riad for its attention to detail (especially the rooms with rose petals, carefully arranged towels and pristine linen ), its wonderful staff and its authenticity. A real gem! We found ourselves there in the very trying evening of 8/9/23. Zachariah who was on duty that evening was a credit to the establishment, leading us to safety with no concern for his own. We won’t forget him. Sending our love to you all from Scotland.

Had this hotel booked through Secret Escapes and it was a fantastic place to stay! Upon arrival someone from the hotel came and met our driver to help guide us to the hotel as it is down a very small side street (not sure we'd have found it without this help!). Walking distance of approx. 15 mins to the souks and 20 mins to the main square. 30 min walk to Le Jardin Majorelle. Situated next to La Maison de Photographie. Beautiful authentic riad design and comfortable rooms. Air conditioned which is great in the heat and cleaned well. Breakfast is a fantastic array of an omelette, fresh orange juice, tea, breaded goods, yoghurt and fruit which is presented beautifully. Able to eat next to the pool or on the roof. Very friendly and helpful staff. Given a welcome drink of local Moroccan tea upon arrival, a local map of the area and helps talk you through what the Marrakesh sites are. Spoke good English. Also printed our boarding passes out for the return journey. Best tip given was to download 'Map Me' which is available to use offline and stopped us getting lost in the souks!
