The hotel is located in the more relax and quiet area. Good for families to enjoy. Their breakfast is very good quality and lots of options. Service team are attentive and friendly. We got a basic room which didn’t really a good view but it doesn’t matter too much if you spend more time by the pool or the beach.

絕對喜歡這裏,原始的酒店,友好,樂於助人的工作人員。房間非常舒適,還有hooray - 優秀的獨立控制空調!早餐很棒,在最美麗的位置拍攝。泳池區總是完美無瑕,由威利完美照顧。我們是半食宿,目前晚餐是在俱樂部酒店,就在隔壁。每天晚上食物都很出色。每天晚上有自助餐、海鮮飯和點菜的選擇。我們一定會回來的。

This was our second trip to The Hotel Riomar in Ibiza this year and we were not disappointed. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Two things stand out , the hotel is in the best location in the resort, being right across the promenade from the beach with its own and free to hotel guests beach facilities, It means you can wander between the beautiful pool and the beach. The second feature of the Hotel Riomar are the brilliant staff. We have stayed at all the best hotels in the resort and none compare with the Staff at the Riomar. I would love to now the secret of recruiting and managing such a great team. It seems a bit unfair to single out individuals as everyone without exception was great however we did feel that Oscar (who sorted out our room so brilliantly) Diego and Nieves (spelling ?) who went well beyond the normal level of support and service, Thank you all for this. It is hard to find anything to criticise,. but the rooms are quite small but very well appointed, A small tip is that if you are looking for a lighter snack take a look at the kids menu, the toasted sandwiches are excellent and good value. We will be returning

我最近住在Hacienda度蜜月,這是非常棒的。從計劃到離開,他們做了出色的工作,使這成爲一次令人難以置信的體驗!如果你想擁有一家小型精品酒店,擁有令人驚歎的設置,美麗的房間,放鬆的溫泉和安靜的位置,這就是這個地方。工作人員非常包容,隨時可以滿足任何要求。我們享受了美味的早餐,水療體驗,瑜伽課程,用餐觀看日落,在游泳池周圍放鬆。在伊比薩,沒有什麼太遠,所以當地的農場到餐桌餐廳和可愛的城鎮就在附近,許多小海灘也是如此。我們一定會很快回來的!

Positives: Nice hotel, great decor and le labo products in the room. Great breakfast. The porter team was very helpful and we appreciated the bodyism classes included with the stay. Also loved the food by the pool - was delicious! Negatives: Hotel a lot bigger than expected and loud music played all the time, also really annoyed me that they just played covers of songs - please just pay for a Spotify business account, you would expect this from a 5 star hotel. Only other big issue we faced was that my husband is a coeliac and was given a Poke bowl that had gluten in it, despite us asking X3 times was it gluten free before ordering. Once my husband ate the bowl I rang back to reception to ask are they sure it was gluten free soy sauce and they said no it was not - so my husband was therefore sick for a whole night and day of our stay… really unfortunate and would expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel. On check out, they removed the €22 Poke bowl from the bill, but I would have expected more of an apology / compensation for this serious issue. Food allergies should be taken seriously in any establishment, but especially in a 5 star hotel. We payed a lot €750+ per night we stayed and the only compensation we got was €22 removed from the bill, which is nothing given what my husband had to endure despite us asking 3 times was the good gluten free. Very unfortunate.

位置：在島上San Antonio這邊，我個人認為衹適合自駕，門口停車很方便，都免費的。酒店出門右轉一條小路下去1分鐘就是海邊，非常適合看日落，沿着海邊走1.4km就是著名的cafe del mar。 房間：非常的古巴風格，蠻幹凈的，大小適中，可以攤開兩個大箱子。我住的是1樓的房間，陽台上可以看見圖7的樣子。熱水壺和冰箱都是網紅smeg。浴室也超級復古的哦，黃銅水龍頭這種。 公共區域：看照片就行了！非常真實，好適合拍照片！酒店大堂瀰漫著柑橘調的香氛～把人一下子拉到了古巴！還有免費的沙灘浴巾可以租借～這家酒店我唯一不滿的是游泳池附近蚊子太多了！我待了10分鐘咬了8個包，氣死我了！ 總結：此次西班牙八家酒店中最滿意的兩家之一！衹要你是自駕，我非常推薦的一家！！！咆哮推薦！

We had the superior deluxe panoramic sea view room. It was incredible. We loved using the hot tub every evening after dinner and the view was really nice. The site that we used to book this said there was a mini-bar in the room, which is not true. There is a small fridge, but it only has water in it. The staff at the hotel are great. The food was good, but it grew a bit tiresome after 5 days. We went ”all-inclusive” and I have NEVER been to an all-inclusive that didn't actually include everything. I couldn't get a margarita out of the slushy machine because I wasn't on the premium package. What is that?!! So disappointing. There isn't much to do here except lay in the sun. The pool is small and FREEZING cold. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, which is a nice beach, but there is nowhere to sit. We asked the hotel staff if the lounge chairs on the beach were free and they said yes, but that's not true. Some lady came up to us and wanted 21 euros!! Then she made us move away from the chairs. The sign on the beach says you rent them for 18 euros, so I'm not sure what kind of scam they are running. All in all, this was a lot of money for not a lot in return.

地點位置偏遠不近任何的公共交通工具 建議租車或者搭的士前往。 酒店環境舒適，有無邊際泳池 Spa雖然 $2000 60分鐘 但係10分高質舒服。 酒店食物質素非常好，喺酒店泳池叫咗壽司和果汁都好好。早上早餐亦都10分豐富。 退房之後仍然可以繼續享用酒店設施十分欣賞。 不過唯一不滿意的是在Trip.com訂房時顯示普通房，但到達後竟然提供了傷殘人士房。
