We had booked a short hotel stay here with the hopes of using the pool and enjoying a quiet rest. It was quiet in the room, spacious enough and clean enough but the pool was exceptionally small. There were already two people using it and it was overcrowded. Moreover, when we booked our room, we were told by the front desk worker that all double queen rooms would have a bathtub, but that was not the case when we arrived and they were totally sold out of their rooms with bathtubs. Further, it was an odd choice that there was only one chair in the double queen room. The breakfast was good, the shower pressure and temperature was also good. The parking was limited but free. Good location for us considering it was on the outskirts of town heading towards Sudbury but may not be as desirable for those who want to be closer to more restaurants and shops.

I stayed 2 days in this hotel with my family, what was very highlighted for me; the staff that were too nice and ready to help, however small complaint! when I asked them to check the drain’s blockage of the bathroom, they said will send someone to check but we never received anyone! I loved the breakfast, simple but fresh, they filled up the empty dishes very fast, always fruit and bread, omelettes and yogurt were ready. The room service was availability by the request, they said usually if we stay more that 4 days then the room service would be available, otherwise we should call and ask for the towels or bed sheets, The pool was not good, the water seemed over chlorine’s and was not that much transparent.it’s around was very smelly! The gym was very good and clean. The location ! it was very closed to the beach, kids were supper happy!

The hotel is showing its age and is very apparent once you get past the lobby. Smells musty. Clumps of hair on pool area floor, laundry machines dirty, pool toilet not working properly. Guests were drinking outside the back door all night into the morning when we left at 6:00am which made for a night full of banging the back door. Room was clean but small and dated. I feel with proper cleaning procedures and some minor cosmetic updates the property could be much better. Staff was friendly. For the price without breakfast included, we wouldn’t stay again.
