熱門奧爾良4星級酒店

Nous avons passé une nuit pour profiter du feu d’artifice sur 14 juillet. L’hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de Loire avec une vue dégagé et un beau balcon. Nous avons été surclassé en suite au 8ème étage sans frais grâce à mon statut All. La chambre était grande propre et spacieuse avec une baignoire jacuzzi. Nous avons pu admirer le feu d’artifice depuis la chambre en évitant la foule. L’agent d’accueil était très professionnel et serviable. Le barman nous a offert 2 verres de rosé. Le parking est à 6,50 euros seulement. La terrasse avec la piscine est très agréable pour profiter d’un apéro. Je vous recommande cet hôtel pour ces prestations la vue magnifique sur la Loire. Le centre ville est a 15 minutes à pieds par les quais.

Hôtel bien situé entre centre ville et gare. Parking à proximité avec tarif préférentiel. Personnel souriant et disponible. Décoration ayant le charme de l'ancien dans les parties communes. La chambre reste petite, rénovée et propre, mais avec besoins de quelques finitions/réparations. Côté cour calme. Bonne literie matelas, les oreillers sans aucun soutien. Petit déjeuner reste varié (vegetal, sans gluten...), produits frais voir locaux (fromages, yaourt fermier...) ou décongelés (pain) et possibilité de déguster quelques variétés de thés des Cafés de Jeanne d'Arc.

The only positive about this hotel is the location. Aside from that I can’t think of anything good to say. Our family stayed on the way back from a holiday in the south. On arrival we ate in the restaurant. The food was poor and overpriced. My fish was hideously undercooked. I sent it back only to be presented with the same cut up piece heated again. The plate was then left under a heat lamp for several minutes whilst staff ignored it. The resulting warm side salad didn’t improve the experience. We then went back to one of the noisiest rooms I have ever stayed in. People were shouting just outside until gone midnight. On the second call to reception they appeared to do something about it but slamming doors started at just after 6am to ensure we got little sleep. The rooms are also tired and in desperate need of an upgrade. I was hoping for a relaxing stopover on the way home. With hindsight I wish I’d just continued driving. It is little wonder that the reception staff don’t ask whether you have enjoyed the stay.

A beautiful old building converted into a modern hotel. The rooms are somewhat small but ours, with a river view was fine for a two day stay. What makes the difference is the staff. Friendly, professional and always helpful they really did seem to care that we enjoyed our stay. There is local secure parking at a discount and the location is good for exploring the area. The breakfast choice is excellent and light snacks are available during the day but surprisingly no dinner is offered.

Nous revenons d’une nuit passée au Novotel de la gare , situé juste en face de celle-ci . Très bel hôtel , maintenant bien fini et largement à la hauteur des autres Novotel . Notre chambre exécutive était grande et très belle, literie top et salle de douche également , avec peignoirs, WC séparé (dans toutes les chambres). Seul le plafond, effectivement, ne fait pas fini, mais c’est un détail … Petit déjeuner de qualité, personnel réactif et accueillant . Piscine chauffée, grande, mais à débordement sur 2 côtes et demi … du coup de l’eau partout et peu d’endroits pour poser ses affaires… 3 transats et 2 banquettes à disposition ! C’est la seule critique, mais il y a une piscine couverte, chauffée et c’est déjà un plus très appréciable . On est à pieds près de restaurants, commerces et à deux pas de la cathédrale et de l’hôtel Groslot qu’il faut absolument aller voir . Bref , on a beaucoup aimé !! Et reviendrons…

該酒店在奧爾良中心火車站的正對麪，下了火車上二樓，可通過二樓平台直接跨國馬路抵達酒店。服務生接待熱情，房間也很整潔乾淨.唯一不足是房間較小，房間裏的行李台很小，我衹能把箱子放在地上，然後就衹好在箱子上跨來跨去...

I arrived at about 7pm, and was kept waiting in an otherwise empty reception for three or four minutes waiting to be attended. I could see someone sitting at a computer in the office, facing in my direction, but he was really dressed in his casual home attire, not dressed for work, so I assumed he wasn't working on the reception desk. However, after three or four minutes of him watching the computer, he looked up and came to the desk, with no apology, just ”I'm listening to you”. He handed me the key, did not explain anything about the hotel, did not offer me the complimentary drink that comes with being a silver member, and seemed more interested in getting back to his computer. The room was small but clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and it has its own private car park at the rear of the hotel, for €8 per night. It was no more than a five minute stroll to the city centre. Apart from the poor welcome, it was a pleasant stay.

La struttura sicuramente a bisogno di una ristrutturazione specialmente il letto c'è un avvallamento verso il centro io non sono riuscita a dormire ...vicino al centro 15 minuti a piedi c'è possibilità di parcheggiare nei dintorni dell' appartamento solo dalle 18:00 fino alle 09:00am cmq loro si prenotazione anno il parcheggio interno a 10€ al giorno

在預訂什麼都不需要重複的,電話裏的那個人非常好,解釋了入住時間以外的入住程序...但是,一旦在現場我們期待着更好的...房間沒有不聲,不但鄰居,還包括外部的全部交通,窗聲不。洗室裏的清性真的不夠嚴格,...而且我們在家裏處理的那個年輕人也沒害我一眼看,只不過是單😖!簡而言之,不歡迎,在此賬戶我還是更喜歡付給一個機器!!總之,考慮到價格還遠遠離“便宜”我們期待的只是在基地裏略好🤔!
