訂的豪華大床房含早餐。房間很寬敞，早餐很棒。然而，客房服務的標準卻遠遠不能令人滿意。首先，我入住時發現吹風機電線的包裹處有毛髮，毛巾內側還發現了小紙片。房間裡沒有任何關於酒店綠色管家政策（如果有的話）的通知/標誌，即使在我入住的第三天，浴室裡的毛巾和衣架上沉重的毛巾也沒有被收集（房間裡沒有浴缸）放置用過的毛巾）。化妝棉、棉花棒和小肥皂包即使用完也沒有補充。有趣的是，當向前台詢問酒店的政策是否是不收集毛巾並補充毛巾（除非有明確要求）時，答案是否定的。 早餐小費的收費是另一個有趣的問題。在我抵達之前，我丈夫在酒店住了兩晚（含早餐）。退房時，他被要求支付一份早餐的小費。在澄清是否應該為兩份早餐支付小費後，前台對錯誤收取任何小費表示歉意，因為在預訂酒店時所有費用都應該已包含在內。然而，在飯店住了 5 晚後退房時，我們被告知必須為 2 天的早餐支付小費。我們再次詢問酒店政策，並解釋說我們願意付費，但想知道為什麼我們住宿的 5 天都不收取小費。沒有給出任何解釋，工作人員（可能認為我們不想付費）只是建議免除費用。 我住過曼谷柏悅酒店，服務非常好。因此，我對在多倫多柏悅酒店有這些經歷感到驚訝。

位置沒話講，安大略湖邊，樓下碼頭直通湖心島，體驗了一把破冰船，離中央車站、大巴站兩個紅綠燈，多倫多塔就在斜對面，DT就是筆直往前走，十分方便～酒店服務水準也十分在線，設施算新的，抽水馬桶是個bug，拖拉機一般巨響，遠不如國內的智能馬桶…另外就是停車費很貴，還好沒租車，on foot！

這次入住Great Canadian ****** Resort Toronto整體體驗算是不錯，適合想要吃喝玩樂一站式的旅客！ 酒店房間空間很大，而且整體很新、乾淨，床也很舒服，住起來很放鬆。最方便的是樓下就是**和餐廳，不用出門就可以娛樂、吃東西，選擇也蠻多，很適合短暫度假或週末放鬆。

聽起來像麗藍,人們可能會想到4-star酒店,但我在麗藍的經歷沒有那麼有趣,我們入住後就開始了溝通不暢。Trip.com上說我們可以吃自助式早餐,每人25美元,但是問他們,他們說是點菜,必須在餐廳付款,沒有自助餐可用。他們讓我發郵件確認是關於早餐的信息準確,正如trip.com中提到的,遺憾的是直到早餐時間(上午8-11點)我們早上沒有早餐,沒有人回覆我的電子郵件。 房間還可以,不像Radisson Blu那樣令人興奮。我在其他國家有住過Radisson blu的經歷,但他們在那裏的房間質量甚至沒有Radisson blu多倫多市中心的可比性。多倫多市中心麗酒店的房間跟一些隨機酒店一樣,咖啡機真的很髒,我們到前台投訴時,他們沒有送任何更換。另一件事是,沒有提供牙科包,因爲它應該在所有4星級酒店提供。在前台要求時,他們像一個小時後一樣給我們發送牙科包。 退房時前台小姐姐,是實習生,我給他看了髒咖啡機的照片,解釋了我們的不滿,她說由於房間是預付的,所以她不能做任何補償。作爲回報,她給了我一瓶水,供我們旅行😄,我的意思是,我不需要一瓶水作爲補償,然後她提出停車會在房子裏,現在,我在等我100美元的押金的返還。 除此之外,酒店的位置非常涼爽,方便。就在市中心的赫拉特。從我們房間的窗戶就可以看到CN塔。 考慮一切不符合4-star酒店的標準。

服務、配套、餐飲均具一定水準。從機場開車到酒店只需約25分鐘 ，但酒店位置處於市中心。我住在房間408，起初還以為太低層會很吵，但原來是很不錯的。特別一讃是housekeeping Ms Monira；當我每次外出回來的時候，她已經默默地把房間整理得整整齊齊、乾乾淨淨。最難得的是她會根據我的習慣來擺放好東西，非常之人性化，她是一個十分盡責和妥妥當當的員工 。我下次再去多倫多探望女兒也會選Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG …

The parking, although costing, could not have been more convenient. The location was also outstanding, being so close to the CN-Tower and many restaurants. The unit was great and I'm so glad i requested an upper floor with a balcony as the weather was nice and we sat out there many times, day and night. So nice having two bathrooms and the extra bedroom for extra space. Very well appointed as well. I left to go to the hockey game and realized I had left my key in the room and I was freaked as I didn't know how I'd get back in, as the rental company is not onsite. I got in touch with them and they reminded me that it must be unlocked as the key is need to lock the door from the exterior. Stupid me didn't remember that so disaster averted, although the unit was unlocked. The concierge did go up to make sure it was indeed unlocked and untouched to their eyes. Overall, would love to come back and stay there again, totally satisfied. Thanks again for your assistance with the key debacle..MSP

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間設施很新，每間都配備廚房包括爐子洗碗機冰箱枱麪空間水槽加上洗衣機和烘乾機，床和床品都很好，住的雙床房，居然是一個床墊硬另一個軟，可以選擇睡😄最敗筆的是空調（暖氣）第一間沒暖氣，換了一間依然沒有，前台的人會“忽悠你”“重啟一下就好了”“46-60 分鐘就熱了”實際情況是我換了一件房然而 2 間暖氣全沒有…四月底多倫多衹有 5-10 度，房間還沒有走廊暖和（⋟﹏⋞）～我是轉機去過夜，就沒有再折騰，勉強睡了一覺趕緊走人

房間採光很好，類似於民俗合租，設施齊全有洗衣機烘乾機甚廚房，廁所裏的沐浴露洗髮水也都有，聯繫房東他們回覆很及時，有什麼問題都可以問他們，房間裏設施很温馨，味道香香的。 甚至還有許多娛樂設施，如桌遊等。樓下就有便利的快餐店，日料店，冰激凌店，走一點點還有一個超大的超市。家人們可以跟房東確認一下自己的房型是否需要共用廁所，他們會回覆攜程上的訊息。如果是一家四口一起定兩件房一套物屋子得話那再合適不過了，陽台景色也很美。

對我來說還不錯，但是廁所太窄了，關不上門，門上有東西凸起，我想是螺絲，也許可以再放一個枕頭，而不是長枕頭
