優點 ·飯店有提供機場接駁，出發前有寫email預約來回的接駁車，需提供班機號碼。抵達時找到舉著Seashells牌子的人員即可。離開的前一晚會放置接駁車時間的通知單在房門外（若無通知單記得詢問櫃檯人員接駁時間～） ·WiFi訊號強，在泳池及海邊都有訊號 ·飯店離夜市走路約3分鐘，距離巴士站走路2分鐘，飯店外有小雜貨店，非常方便 ·早餐多樣化，絕對能滿足來自不同國家的旅客的需求，每天都有不同的餐點！ ·在無邊際泳池就能欣賞日落🌄 缺點 ·房間隔音不是很好，有住客在走廊上講話都能聽到 ·小朋友很多，若介意吵雜的環境，需多考慮

整體環境非常好，工作人員非常友善且積極解決問題 到機場費用16萬越南盾，來的時候機場出口有酒店的服務枱，會熱心指示免費到大世界的巴士，到大世界後行李少可以走過去，按地圖走也就兩公里左右或是附近有租摩託車的店鋪，可以直接租車行動 酒店跟**有連通道，**玩完可以直接回酒店 沙灘是獨立的沙灘，很安逸 ，可以打沙灘排球 看廣告牌也可以坐遊艇跟浮潛，時間趕沒研究 泳池跟照片一樣，很漂亮，水温也很舒服 有送一次桑拿，可以看照片，很舒服 吃飯不便宜，味道不錯就是了 有一個遊樂室，可以玩桌球，投籃機等等，也有棋桌遊能玩 附近有電影院，如果度假可以去看看 附近大世界可以去看看，晚上11點有免費燈光秀，特別精彩，值得一去 有一些報團的旅遊，可以付費報名

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam

I loveeeee Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc so much! It’s definitely considered a bucket list hotel for me, and I’m so happy I finally got to experience it! It is seriously one of the most gorgeous hotels ever… The staff is AMAZING! Also a special shout out to Leila from Guest Relations who went above and beyond and even predicted our needs, provided a personal service without being overbearing. There is no need to look any further. She was fabulous! She also took pictures for me. A lot of the gorgeous pics you see on Instagram were taken by her…what are the chances! Amazing!!! All in all, stay at this resort! It’s pricey, but well worth it!

客房照片所見即所得，非常好。每天的自助早餐中 韓 西 日式都有，很全面，食材也挺新鮮的。 前台服務很親切，行李都幫送上房間。 房間設施很新，環境衞生都非常乾淨，總之是一次不錯的體驗，去富國島旅行的友友們可以考慮入住。

我們預訂了6周;Lahana認爲我們的預訂不正確!然而,我們被帶到山頂的平房,俯美麗的景觀花園。我們的房間很大很寬敞,大小適中,浴室有浴缸和室外淋浴。當我們在遠東度過3個月時,我們往往不會輕便。衣櫃不夠大,不適合我們所有的布料,但是,我們使用柳條籃子額外儲存。[可能值得管理層帶上飛機?]早餐是一天的樂趣。各種水果,雞蛋,肉類和沙拉也是越南人最喜歡的。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。越南,金,尼科,我可以把他們全部命名。整個LAHANA團隊!我們會回來嗎?是的。我唯一的預訂是富國只是剛剛開始作爲旅遊陷阱。我不需要清理它的海灘和周圍的道路和巷道!我確信它會!讓我想起20年前的普吉島!現在一塵不染。謝謝拉哈娜度過了一個美好的假期!

在過去3年裏,我們呆在家裏,觀看了蓋塔威的回放,最後我們離開了澳大利亞,來到了普庫克。走出出租車時,禮賓部的工作人員熱情地歡迎我們,他們帶着傳統的“新潮”,護送我們進入美麗的莫文皮克度假村大廳。我和我的妻子立刻感到輕鬆。這是我們在COVID期間錯過的,逃離我們忙碌的生活,享受如此美麗的度假勝地。辦理入住手續無縫,我們很快就進入了房間。我在我們的房間遇到了一個問題,並在接待處與林恩進行了交談,他是如此友善和專業,並迅速解決了這個問題。我們花了三天時間躺在游泳池周圍,躺在陽光沙發上,看着大海,在棕櫚樹之間的吊牀上小睡,享受着海風。我們看了日落。水療館很棒,是我們體驗過的最好的之一。溫泉前的桑拿、溪流室和溫泉浴池非常放鬆。早餐是美味的越南美食和偉大的國際選擇。下午在巧克力小時(和所有的免費,多好的獎勵!)我們喜歡在 Aura Beach 俱樂部度過我們的夜晚,因爲 Vu 是如此的有幫助和細心。他甚至讓全隊都爲我唱生日快樂歌,這真是一個驚喜。當我們回到房間時,林和接待團隊組織了生日蛋糕和度假村的一些禮物。真貼心!正是這樣的事情使我們的假期更加難忘。我們非常喜歡普夸克莫文皮克度假村和使其如此特別的優秀員工。我們會回來的!並將帶我們所有的家人和朋友:)

打卡全球最美的JW（可能也是最好玩的），一座完全虛構的百年大學改造的酒店，學術氛圍滲透到所有細微之處，太愛了！ 入住會發一本student book，上面有詳細的遊玩攻略，可以在校園裡treasure hunt（但我們入住這幾天尋寶app壞了）。每一幢樓都是一個department，我們住在department of conchology，酒吧是 department of chemistry，還有各種魚類學、鳥類學、人類學，每棟樓的裝飾細節都和各個學科緊密相關。校園裡有百年校史介紹和校友合影（當然都是虛構的），還有操場、禮堂、電影院、咖啡廳等，簡直是個小小烏託邦。 出發前看網上點評有點擔心服務（客流旺季會跟不上），但真實體驗酒店服務無可挑剔，入住期間被各種照顧，Tempus Fugit的Leo，Pink Pearl的Hang，走在路上一直有buggy pick up，每一個迎面路過的工作人員都微笑問好，真得很不錯！ 一座酒店撐起一個島的富國島門面擔當，值得為他特地來一趟，下次見！[鼓掌]

酒店環境美而寬大，有國際品牌風格。有兩個泳池和私家沙灘，園景設計非常美。設施和餐廳足夠，晚上有歌手現場演唱。房間大和有露台，設備足，唯有點歲月痕跡，晚上浴室水力不足，淋浴不爽！今次訂是園景房，露台景觀只晾曬衣服，沒有休閒地坐，建議選用池景或海景。早餐款式多而豐富，人亦非常多。另外，酒店機場接送服務要改善，班次少。酒店附近有一個小夜市，有很多食店，晚上可以到夜市進餐。

富國島這個酒店怎麼說明，看年份新開的，但裏面的設施不太新，洗澡水溫溫的，水量很小，說好的海景房卻是遙遙側望，再來說說優點，床品很好，五天每晚都睡得很好，早餐也很好，有越南來粉，吃五天也無吃厭。酒店是在一條小巷裡麪，周邊很多按摩店，可以講價，性價比很高，綜合看價錢不貴，也還好吧。
