天鵝賓館的評價

A poor start because I tried to call to check facilities but only got an answering machine. The receptionist was unhelpful when I politely tried to say I had called. Really tired facilities made the bedroom seem unclean and dingy. Facilities are very cheap and basic too. Bathroom was so small that it was impossible to dry after my shower without the towel touching the toilet. Very grotty carpet in the bedroom and sticky cheap lino in the bathroom. TV didn't work I was going to have supper but a quick check to see what was served to other diners saved me. I had paid for breakfast which was extremely poor. Cheap food in cold buffet, with a few boxes of cereal, dried out bread, very old fruit, communal yoghurt and partly defrosted compote. Opted for hot breakfast and it was awful. Filter coffee in a cafetiere with a filter which meant i ended up with flakes of coffee in my cup I tend to write positive reviews and believe that it's better to speak to the hotel quietly if there are concerns. But this is a hotel where the staff clearly don't care and guests pay a high price for shoddy delivery
