First and foremost before I get into my review we had money stolen at this property. The only time our money was not in a safe was the night we checked in when we dropped our bags off at the room to go check out the fire show. During this time a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room. $400 dollars was stollen out of my wife’s wallet. I immediately searched it on trip advisor and found multiple other reviews of money stolen at this resort. We travel around 60 days a year and have never had this issue. We generally stay in Hyatt properties but decided to give Marriott a try as we have reached Globalist status with Hyatt and are looking for another program to earn hotel status with. Due to the other reviews where money was stolen and no action being taken we did not report it. We chose to enjoy our stay and not waste time over $400. The money is not the issue the issue is a thief coming into our room. My wife stated had she been alone or on a girls trip she would have immediately checked out as she wouldn’t have felt safe. On to the review The Good Staff is very friendly (Looking past the one bad apple who stole our money) Spa Staff was great. We really enjoyed are massages. Spa prices are good for a resort. We ate at all of the restaurants and overall the food was pretty good. Really for us the highlight of the resort was the spa and the friendly staff. The Bad Our 1st night we had dinner at the Fish House. The food was great but when I used the restroom there was a kitchen worker in there. He turned the water on dipped his hands in and walked out. I had already ate my food or else I would have left it. Throughout our stay I witnessed multiple staff not wash their hands. This is a pet peeve of mine and I always watch for it. I understand other countries are not as strict on hygiene but the hotel needs to educate their staff better. I have traveled to many countries and have never witnessed such bad hand washing behavior at a resort. Marriott please educate your staff. You would think with a guest at one of the many sinks washing their hands they would not walk right past them and out the door. Overall this is one of the many places we have decided to stay on our honeymoon and we still enjoyed our time here. We chose to not let stolen money ruin our stay. That being said I would not recommend this resort due to its history of stolen money. If not for the theft and lack of proper hand washing I would have rated this resort 3.5/5 The friendly staff and the spa are its strong points. Respectfully, Tony

這是一家非常大的酒店!我們在47單元,步行到接待區很好。幸運的是,我們很適合,步行了很多,所以它適合我們!有電車巴士,大約每10分鐘接客人來繞過這個建築羣。我們的房間很大很寬敞,有一個單獨的休息區。我們有一個花園景色,很抱歉我沒有預訂海灘景色。餐廳很棒,游泳池很乾淨。喜歡自助早餐..這麼多選擇。工作人員很棒,每個人都很樂於助人。

Sega na Lequa - Amazing food. Budget friendly.Great friendly service as always in Fiji, the most amazing Chicken & crispy (real) onion rings. Wash it all down with an ice cold beer! Heineken House - good food & service Island619 - a buffet breakfast to suit a variety of taste buds Super markets & shopping just outside the Sheraton mean you can purchase cheap alcohol and snacks. Bula bus - must do! Especially if you want to visit the Marina regularly Thank you for an amazing stay! We can’t wait to come back ✌️

The highlight of our stay at the Sofitel has been The Journal Lounge team, both front and back of house (too many to mention by name). Over our stay we enjoyed quality food & beverage and exceptional service from all the lounge staff. They are Fijian hospitality professionals who are very proud of their work. 3月份我們再次入住這家酒店,上一次還是在1977年。它在關閉了21年後於2014年5月重新開業。新酒店保留原來酒店的核心中央大廳,並添加新的設計,增加了額外的房間、會議室和功能廳。整個翻新,建立最高質量標準保留了殖民時期的風格。麪臨大海的泳池和用餐區改建成了池畔酒吧能夠看到美麗的日落景色。我們住在多彩一樓的房間,可以俯瞰阿爾伯特公園和我在政府大樓的舊辦公室。非常享受我們在這的時光,還有酒店熱情友好的歡迎。雖然是智能酒店但是我們穿着休閑,感到很舒適。Bula vinaka。

整體服務非常好,全新的酒店剛開業一周,雖然不是所有的餐廳都營業,但是服務很棒。 早餐為歐陸式自助早餐。班尼迪克蛋不錯。 白天我們去市中心購物,然後向飯店旅遊經理訂購了接機服務。導遊 Vicky(第一天)和 Sam(第二天)都做得很好,不僅從一個點到另一個點接我們,還帶我們參觀城市,並在我們購物時給我們很好的建議。儘管我們遲到了一點,他們還是耐心地等我們。 總的來說,在皇冠假日酒店的住宿,我想說的是,由於並不是所有的餐廳都營業,所以硬體還沒有達到五星級的水平。然而,他們的服務和服務意識我會給他們六顆星。 期待再次光臨。 Brand new hotel just opened for a week , though not all the restaurants are opened, the service is great. Breakfast is continental breakfast with buffet. The egg Benedict is good. During the day we go out to the city centre to do some shopping n ordered the pickup service from the hotel tour managers. The guide Vicky (Day1) and Sam (Day2) both did a great job not just pick us up from point to point but also showing us around the city and give great advice when we r doing our shopping. They waited for us patiently even though we were running a little bit late. Overall the stay in Crowne Plaza I would say the hardware wasn’t up to a 5 stars level yet due to not all the restaurants are opened. However, their service and the sense of servicing I would give a 6 stars to them. Looking forward to visit again.

The whole experience was excellent, the staff are exceptional. Vili the doorman was very attentive to us all. We will return but I'm sure everyone gets the special attention. The staff amazed us all by calling us by name when we saw them around the resort. Absolute magic, the whole ten days we spent there.
