Resort to be put on... very nice... but to be improved in the rooms and restaurants... animation good... and especially eros the tennis master 🎾 a greatanche also giudo and its very good animation and the very professional beach barman... the rest to take by the hand....

This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Horrible, dirty rooms with leaking showers, moldy bathrooms and faulty lighting. Would never return and would certainly not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

This was probably once a very nice hotel but it is no longer. Taste is personal of course, but this is certainly not a five- star or even four-star resort. Our family vacation was memorable only for the pleasant time at the beach and our escapes from the hotel in the evenings in search of better food and service, which we found in nearby Vieste and Peschici. The positives: - Nice beach and beautiful sea - Pleasant grounds, ample parking - Large suite with 2 bathrooms – perfect for our family of four - Comfortable beds - Energetic “animatori” who attempted to provide entertainment The negatives: - Filthy room; outdated and damaged fixtures and furniture - Untrained staff - cleaning and restaurant in particular - some friendly, others brusque and surly - A complete absence of supervision and management; incompetent reception management - Terrible and sad breakfast buffet; overly expensive meals at beach restaurant and bar - Worn-out infrastructure; very bad wi-fi

Hic Manebimus Optime 👍 eccellente. Staff super, spiaggia unica e servizio attento. Ci torneremo. Grazie Valtur, siamo stati benissimo, e porteremo con noi molti ricordi. Vista unica dal ristorante a là carte Trabucco, e ottima la formula buffet del ristorante Fenice

Camere sporche da paura, cibo scadente tutti con gastroenterite e febbre!! Personale buttato a terra ai telefonini!! Tavoli che venivano puliti con una pezzetta senza risciacquo!! Scarafaggi in bagno x tutta la settimana posto pessimo
