Terrible experience. Musty, damp and smelly condo with no hot water. Complained and told by Tropical Escapes that there is nothing they can do other than offer a $60 refund. Condo was old and looked like it hadnt been updated in 15 years. Bedrooms had uncomfortable and old spring matress and duvet without any coverings. Curtains were not big enough to cover window openings. Wasnt able to have a hot or warm shower for 4 days. I could go on and on..

I always enjoy my time at Tuscana Resort! There's so much to do, from relaxing by the pool to exploring nearby attractions. The spacious accommodations and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect spot for a getaway. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

I’m writing a very honest review. We’ve been here since Dec17/24 and staying till Feb28/25. Aside from the condo which is wonderful ( rented from an owner) The pool/hot tub and area is terrible!! The hot tub is subpar with the NO HEAT, so many excuses as to why…… at least 3 days a week it’s unusable!!! When we ask why , we get someone turned the heat off , something broke and the part is being shipped to us …. Unreal how they operate here!!! The management is to say. The least miserable and very unfriendly. The pool itself is big , however not heated for this time of year!! Very dirty! The bar and restaurant want an arm and leg for drinks and food, which in the evening when the restaurant is closed a family of 5 raccoons take it over so you know it’s not clean back there We will not be staying here again

There are pros and cons while staying here at Tuscana Resort Davenport. Let's get to the pros first, it's near publix and some other restaurants, the area is not too crowded unlike Kissimmee. It's more of an affluent people living and staying here. If you go to Walmart and Bank of America it's not too crowded. If you want to be far from the crowd and a secluded one, this is the area. Now the cons, far from Orlando airport, far from Disney theme parks and International Drive. Also, you have to go to Clermont (which is about 25 mins.away) for Walmart, banks, post office etc... The resort doesn't have any barbeque grills, no clubhouse only restaurant. So, it really depends on where you are going. We came to Orlando to go to Disney parks but never expected that it would be this far with the traffic in I-4. Next time, we will be staying in International Drive or Lake Buena Vista which is closer to theme parks.

This was the best place that my family has stayed in Orlando. It was a spacious house with modern furniture, very clean, organized, close to the attractions, and a ton of restaurants around the area (must try the breakfast place in front). It has a CVS next door (which is convenient) a Publix down the street. It was the luck of the draw that we got that townhouse unit 8185. The garage had a new floor (not that it matters, but just to give an insight on the details of this place). Beds are comfortable. They have a split-masterbedroom plan (master upstairs and downstairs). One room has 2 twin beds, the other room has a queen, there is a pull out couch. A small bbq in the patio. No neighbors in back, Corner unit. There's a small parking area next to the house. convinient for us since it was 2 families, therefore all the cars were able to fit no problem.) If you do rent at the Tuscana see if you can request unit 8185.
